The multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist comprises, by mass, 5% -15% of a main synergist, 8% -20% of an auxiliary synergist, 2% -8% of an anti-interference agent, 1% -5% of an anti-scaling agent and the balance of water, wherein the main synergist is selected from amino carboxylic acid compounds, the auxiliary synergist is selected from hydroxycarboxylic acid compounds, the anti-interference agent is selected from nonionic surfactants, and the anti-scaling agent is selected from organic phosphonic acid compounds. According to the invention, through the multi-component synergistic effect, the dissolution rate of CaCO 3 and the absorption and conversion efficiency of SO 2 in desulfurization processes such as a limestone-gypsum method can be remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 98.5%, and the calcium-sulfur ratio is reduced to 1.06-1.08, and the desulfurization system has the functions of resisting the interference of greasy dirt and dust in flue gas and inhibiting the scaling of a desulfurization system.

The multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist is characterized by comprising, by mass, 5% -15% of a main synergist, 8% -20% of an auxiliary synergist, 2% -8% of an anti-interference agent, 1% -5% of an anti-scaling agent and the balance of water; the main synergistic agent is an amino carboxylic acid compound, the auxiliary synergistic agent is a hydroxycarboxylic acid compound, the anti-interference agent is a nonionic surfactant, and the anti-scaling agent is an organic phosphonic acid compound.

A multifunctional synergistic desulfurization enhancer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aminocarboxylic acid compound is disodium edetate and/or diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid; When the amino carboxylic acid compound is disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate and diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, the mass ratio of the disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate to the diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid is 1 (1-3).

The multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist as claimed in claim 1, further comprising desulfurization slurry, mixing the desulfurization slurry with the multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist to obtain mixed desulfurization slurry for industrial flue gas desulfurization, wherein the desulfurization slurry is lime-gypsum desulfurization slurry, the mass concentration of CaCO 3 in the desulfurization slurry is 10% -20%, and the dosage of the multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist is 0.05% -0.2% of the mass of the desulfurization slurry.

A method for preparing the multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, adding water into a reaction kettle, controlling the temperature of the reaction kettle to be 25-40 ℃ and the stirring speed to be 150-250 r/min; s2, sequentially adding a main synergist and an auxiliary synergist into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 15-30 min; S3, continuously adding an anti-interference agent and an anti-scaling agent into the reaction kettle, heating to 40-50 ℃, and stirring for 20-40 min; and S4, cooling to room temperature, and filtering to obtain the multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist.

Multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of flue gas desulfurization, in particular to a multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist and a preparation method thereof. Background The industrial flue gas desulfurization is a key technology for controlling the emission of SO 2, wherein the limestone-gypsum method is widely used in industries such as thermal power, steel, chemical industry and the like due to low raw material cost and mature process. However, the process has the following defects that (1) the desulfurization efficiency is easily affected by working conditions, the solubility of CaCO 3 is reduced, the absorption and conversion rate of SO 2 is reduced under the low-temperature (less than or equal to 40 ℃) environment, the low-pH (less than 5.0) environment or the high-pH (more than 7.0) environment, the desulfurization efficiency is lower than 90%, the anti-interference capability is weak, dust (especially oily dust) carried in flue gas is easy to wrap CaCO 3 particles to form an inert layer, the desulfurizing agent is deactivated, meanwhile, oil stains can damage the dispersibility of desulfurization slurry, equipment scaling is aggravated, the calcium-sulfur ratio is higher, the traditional process needs to excessively add CaCO 3, the calcium-sulfur ratio is generally more than or equal to 1.2, the raw material waste and the solid waste amount are increased, and (4) the existing synergist has single function, and a plurality of commercial synergists can only improve the dissolution rate of CaCO 3, cannot take the requirements of anti-interference and anti-scaling effects, and the effect is fast under the dust-containing oily working conditions. Therefore, development of a multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist with synergistic, anti-interference and anti-scaling functions is needed to adapt to the working condition of complex industrial flue gas, so as to achieve the dual goals of improving desulfurization efficiency and reducing cost. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems of low efficiency, poor anti-interference capability, easy scaling, excessively high calcium-sulfur ratio and the like in the existing desulfurization process. According to one aspect of the invention, a multifunctional synergistic desulfurization synergist is provided, which comprises, by mass, 5% -15% of a main synergist, 8% -20% of an auxiliary synergist, 2% -8% of an anti-interference agent, 1% -5% of an anti-scaling agent and the balance of water; the main synergistic agent is an amino carboxylic acid compound, the auxiliary synergistic agent is a hydroxycarboxylic acid compound, the anti-interference agent is a nonionic surfactant, and the anti-scaling agent is an organic phosphonic acid compound. Preferably based on the scheme, the amino carboxylic acid compound is disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate and/or diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid; When the amino carboxylic acid compound is disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate and diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, the mass ratio of the disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate to the diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid is 1 (1-3).
