Description

Modified filter paper membrane based on chiral Zn-MOF Technical Field The product relates to the field of functional modification of membrane materials, in particular to a preparation method and application of a chiral Zn-MOF modified filter paper membrane. Background Chiral metal-organic framework materials (CHIRAL METAL-Organic Frameworks, CMOFs) are taken as a great characteristic branch in metal-organic framework material families, and have the advantages of MOFs and chiral recognition functions, so that the chiral metal-organic framework materials have great application potential in the chiral separation field. ZIF-8 is a classical metal-organic framework material and is formed by coordination of Zn 2+ and 2-methylimidazole, so that the material not only has higher specific surface area, high porosity and structural adjustability, but also has good stability, the surface is easy to modify, and the recognition function of chiral compounds with various structures can be realized after chiral modification, so that the material is a chiral separation material with potential. The filter paper is a common filter material, is generally made of cellulose, has certain toughness and strength and good hydrophilicity, and is therefore the most commonly used material for laboratory substance separation and chromatography. The filter paper combined with specific reagents can also be used for detecting chemical substances, such as pH test paper, starch-KI test paper and the like, and is a qualitative detection method widely applied to scientific research and production practice due to low cost, easy preparation and convenient operation. In addition, cellulose filter paper has a large number of pores, the surface of the cellulose filter paper has a large number of active hydroxyl functional groups, and special performance can be given to the cellulose filter paper through surface modification so as to meet special requirements, for example, in recent years, research on Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs)/cellulose paper composite materials is paid attention to, and the introduction of MOFs greatly expands the application fields of materials, for example, oil-water separation, gas purification, heavy metal adsorption separation, analysis and detection of substances and the like (Chen Ning, wang Chao, dou Yun and the like; research progress of synthesis and application of the metal organic frameworks/cellulose paper composite materials; chinese papermaking 2023,42 (01): 121-130). Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a chiral Zn-MOF modified filter paper film based on ZIF-8, which takes filter paper as a carrier, takes a histidine derivative as a chiral ligand to be doped with 2-methylimidazole according to a certain proportion, reacts with zinc nitrate hexahydrate (Zn (NO 3)2·6H2 O) to generate chiral Zn-MOF, and is loaded on the surface of the filter paper to generate the chiral Zn-MOF modified filter paper film. The method comprises the following steps of dissolving Zn (NO 3)2·6H2 O) in deionized water to obtain solution A, dissolving 2-methylimidazole in the deionized water, adding histidine derivatives with different proportions as chiral ligands, stirring and dissolving to obtain solution B, immersing the cut filter paper strip in the solution B, stirring at room temperature for 15min, then dropwise adding the solution A into the solution B under stirring, stirring at room temperature for 2h after adding, standing, repeatedly cleaning the obtained modified filter paper film with deionized water and ethanol for 3 times, drying in a 120 ℃ oven for 3h, and sealing and preserving after drying. The histidine derivative in the technical scheme comprises D-histidine and N-carbobenzoxy-L-histidine; The ratio of the amounts of the substances of zinc nitrate hexahydrate, 2-methylimidazole and histidine derivatives in the technical scheme is 1:7:1.
