Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of an adsorption material based on a silicon product in silicon-manganese slag, which comprises the following steps of (1) preparing silicon-manganese slag powder, (2) acid leaching treatment, obtaining silicon-containing liquid through centrifugal separation after the acid leaching treatment, (3) extracting the silicon product and (4) preparing the adsorption material. The adsorption material is prepared based on a silicon product in the silicon-manganese slag, has a remarkable porous structure, is formed by arranging silicon oxygen tetrahedron (SiO 4 ) and a calcium ion layer, is rich in exchangeable Ca 2+ between layers, provides a structural channel for migration and fixation of heavy metal ions, and has multiple functions of ion exchange, surface complexation, chemical precipitation, electrostatic attraction and the like. Under acidic conditions, the adsorbent has extremely high adsorption capacity for Ca 2+ and Mn 2+ , which is far superior to many commercial adsorbents.

  1. 1. The preparation method of the adsorption material based on the silicon product in the silicon-manganese slag is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) Preparing silicon-manganese slag powder, namely sequentially drying, ball-milling and screening the silicon-manganese slag to obtain the silicon-manganese slag powder; (2) Acid leaching, namely acid leaching the silicon-manganese slag powder obtained in the step (1) by using sulfuric acid solution, and obtaining silicon-containing liquid through centrifugal separation after the acid leaching; (3) Extracting silicon products, namely extracting the silicon products from silicon-containing liquid, washing the silicon products by pure water to remove residual acid liquor, and drying the washed silicon products; (4) And (3) preparing an adsorption material, namely roasting a dried silicon product, extracting the roasted product, mixing the roasted product with calcium oxide, and synthesizing the adsorption material through a hydrothermal reaction.

  5. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein in the step (3), the temperature of extracting the silicon product from the silicon-containing liquid is 30-50 ℃.

  7. 7. The method for preparing the adsorption material based on the silicon product in the silicon-manganese slag, as set forth in claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the molar ratio of the roasting product to the calcium oxide is 1:0.8-1.2, and the hydrothermal reaction temperature is 120-180 ℃.
