Description
Dispensing visual compensation method and dispensing system based on visual compensation Technical Field The invention relates to the field of electronic manufacturing, in particular to a dispensing vision compensation method and a dispensing system based on vision compensation. Background Glue is favored by users as a bonding material mainly used in the electronic manufacturing industry, and the glue dispensing process is to extrude the glue in the glue tube. The continuous outflow of glue can make the capacity of glue in the rubber tube diminish, and the continuous of some glue goes on, and the more the height of glue descends, the volume of the cavity in the packing element increases. The capacity of the glue becomes smaller, which results in a decrease in the self weight of the glue itself. In order to ensure consistent glue discharge amount, after the dead weight of the glue is reduced, the air pressure device for dispensing the glue needs more time or more power to compress the cavity air to ensure that the glue discharge amount of the glue is unchanged before and after the glue discharge amount is reduced. When the glue amount is small in each glue outlet in microcosmic aspect, the glue outlet time and pressure are unchanged when the glue is continuously dispensed for the previous and the next time, so that the glue amount of the glue outlet for the previous and the next time is unchanged, and the glue dispensing process does not need to compensate along with the time in a short time. However, as the residual glue amount in the glue barrel is reduced, the pressure of the self weight of the glue is reduced, the glue outlet amount of the glue is gradually reduced, that is to say, as the glue dispensing process is continuously carried out, the self weight of the glue is reduced, when the same pressure is given to the glue pipe, the lower the glue outlet amount of the glue pipe is, and the shape of the glue is difficult to ensure. In addition, in the extremely miniaturized packaging technology, the ultra-narrow glue line process has low requirements on the glue line, for example, the active calibration (after the position between devices is actively calibrated, the glue arranged between the device bonding structures is called active calibration glue) glue line generally needs to be designed to have a width of 150um and a height of 150um, and the active calibration glue stacking ratio generally needs to be 1:1 (the glue stacking ratio is the ratio of glue height to glue width). In the prior art, the factors influencing the glue dispensing width and thickness are more, obviously the glue height or dead weight in the rubber tube can influence the glue dispensing width and thickness, the glue line width and thickness of the current glue dispensing technology are difficult to meet at the same time, the glue stacking ratio of the current glue drawing capability is often less than or equal to 75%, and the problems of poor appearance of functional NG and modules such as lenses, glue and the like also exist in the existing glue drawing products. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a dispensing visual compensation method and a dispensing system based on visual compensation, wherein the dispensing visual compensation method solves the problem that the stacking ratio of glue lines is insufficient in a miniaturized design of a module, prevents the pollution of a lens caused by overflow of glue, reduces poor functions of color filter glue and poor appearance of the module caused by overflow of glue, or solves the problem that the stacking ratio of glue is insufficient, and improves the competitiveness of products. Another advantage of the present invention is to provide a dispensing vision compensation method and a dispensing system based on vision compensation, wherein the dispensing vision compensation method and the dispensing system based on vision compensation are suitable for actively calibrating a miniaturized module and a limit design of a drawing space. The invention further provides a dispensing visual compensation method and a dispensing system based on visual compensation, wherein the dispensing visual compensation method is to take the width of dispensing through visual shooting, and according to the pressure change rule of the cavity in the rubber cylinder, the pressure of compressed air is compensated during dispensing, so that the influence of the dead weight change of the glue on the consistency of the glue can be effectively reduced. Another advantage of the present invention is to provide a visual compensation method for dispensing and a dispensing system based on visual compensation, wherein the visual compensation method for dispensing utilizes visual algorithm detection to obtain a threshold value of the width of a glue line path, then compares the threshold value with a preset standard width, and calculates according to (linear relation between air pressure and width of glue) to obtai
