A preparation method of a vegetable oil controlled carbonization non-sticking oil film of a frying pan is characterized by comprising the steps of atomizing and coating edible vegetable oil on a clean and dry pan body, performing primary high-temperature setting, controlling the heating temperature within a temperature difference range from the flash point of the vegetable oil to be lower than 20 ℃ corresponding to the flash point, lowering the temperature of the pan body to be 15 ℃ relative to the primary film forming temperature according to three solidification gradients, performing secondary oil supplementing infiltration, performing oil absorption crosslinking on the matte bottom layer to form a matte inner layer and outer layer finished product, wherein the matte inner layer and outer layer finished product are non-sticking, the matte outer layer is non-sticking, the whole film thickness is required to be cooled, and the whole film thickness is required to be cooled and regulated and cooled repeatedly.
