The method for synergetically reconstructing the gangue and the tailings into the soil under the driving of microorganisms is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, respectively crushing coal gangue and tailings to obtain coal gangue powder and tailings powder; s2, uniformly mixing the tailing powder, the gangue powder, the phosphorite powder and the compound microbial agent to obtain a mixture, wherein microorganisms in the compound microbial agent are silicate bacteria and carbon-based mineral decomposing bacteria; and S3, stacking the mixture, and carrying out ventilation treatment on the mixture stack at regular intervals.
