With the rapid development of laser technology in recent years, laser welding applications are becoming more and more widespread. In the production process of rail transit vehicles, laser welding has full application because of the advantages of portability, small welding deformation and the like. Around the laser welding station of the car body, the risk of laser dissipation caused by careless operation exists, the laser belongs to invisible light, the damage to the human body exists, and the occupational health hazard can be generated due to poor protection. The framework of the cab of the car body is welded on the car body, the welding positions are PA and PF, and an operator is required to adjust the posture at any time, so that the welding requirement is met. The car body tooling is more than 2m away from the ground, belongs to high-altitude operation, and needs to protect corresponding positions. When the car body is welded, equipment such as a welding machine needs to be carried, the welding machine is heavy and large in size, and lifting and carrying are needed.
