The combined assembly device of the ECU cover of the air pump is characterized by comprising a positioning support (11), a vertical plate (12), a combined assembly driving mechanism (2), a moving mechanism (3), a turnover mechanism (4) and a screwing mechanism (5), wherein the positioning support (11) is arranged on the front side of the vertical plate (12), one side of the positioning support (11) is provided with a positioning seat (13), the other side of the positioning support is provided with a transit table (14) for placing a cylinder body, the upper end of the positioning seat (13) is provided with a positioning cavity matched with the appearance of the ECU cover assembly, the moving mechanism (3) is arranged on the vertical plate (12) and used for conveying the cylinder body from a turntable (14) to the position above the positioning seat (13), the combined assembly driving mechanism (2) is arranged below the positioning support (11) and used for driving the positioning support (11) to move upwards so as to enable the ECU cover assembly to be combined with the cylinder body, the turnover mechanism (4) is arranged on the rear side of the vertical plate (12) and used for driving the positioning support (11), the vertical plate (12), the combined assembly driving mechanism (2) and the moving mechanism (3) to rotate, and the screwing mechanism (5) is used for fixing the positioning support (11) to be arranged above the positioning support.

The assembling device of the ECU cover of the inflation pump according to claim 1, wherein the moving mechanism (3) comprises a traversing assembly (31) and a clamping jaw mounting plate (32) arranged at the output end of the traversing assembly (31), a clamping jaw air cylinder (33) is arranged at the front side of the clamping jaw mounting plate (32), two clamping plates (34) which are oppositely arranged are arranged at the output end of the clamping jaw air cylinder (33), the clamping plates (34) are used for clamping a cylinder body, and V-shaped clamping parts are arranged at the opposite sides of the two clamping plates (34).

The assembling device of the ECU cover of the air pump according to claim 1, wherein the assembling driving mechanism (2) comprises a gear (21), a rack (22), a rack seat plate (23) and a driving assembly, the rack seat plate (23) is arranged below the positioning support (11), one side of the rack seat plate is provided with the rack (22), the gear (21) is arranged on the inner side of the rack (22) and is meshed with the rack (22), the driving assembly is used for driving the gear (21) to rotate, a plurality of sliding rails (24) are arranged on the vertical plate (12), and sliding blocks which are in sliding connection with the sliding rails (24) are arranged on two sides of the positioning support (11) and on the rack seat plate (23).

A fitting method of a fitting device applied to the air pump ECU cover according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of: S1, feeding, namely feeding the ECU cover assembly onto a positioning seat (13), enabling a sealing surface of a sealing ring arranged on the ECU cover assembly to face upwards, and simultaneously feeding a cylinder body to a transfer table (14); s2, installing a sealing ring, and installing the sealing ring on a sealing surface of the ECU cover assembly; S3, assembling, namely clamping the cylinder body by the moving mechanism (3) and conveying the cylinder body to the upper part of the positioning seat (13) to correspond to the ECU cover assembly, and then starting the assembling driving mechanism (2) to drive the positioning seat (13) and the ECU cover assembly in the positioning seat (13) to move upwards to be assembled with the cylinder body; S4, screwing the screw, starting the turnover mechanism (4), driving the positioning support (11), the vertical plate (12), the combined driving mechanism (2) and the moving mechanism (3) to rotate 180 degrees, enabling the screw installation position on the ECU cover assembly to be upward, then conveying the ECU cover assembly in the combined state and the cylinder body to a screw installation station, and screwing the screw tightening mechanism (5) to fix the ECU cover assembly, so that assembly is completed.

Background The automobile inflating pump is firstly applied to luxury sedan high-end series vehicle types such as BBA and the like, basically belongs to comfort standard of millions of luxury vehicles, but is not a main market technology in the early stage, and because the whole damping system, particularly the air spring, is not mature in manufacturing process, has high single-piece price and is corresponding, and the inflating pump does not have a market. In recent years, along with the continuous expansion of the electric car market and continuous progress of the process, the production cost of the air spring is lower than 1/10 of that of the early stage, the air spring damping system gradually becomes the standard of the electric car, and accordingly, the air pump market will be increased in an explosive manner. However, the manufacturing process of the inflating pump is novel and has no mature experience.
