The edge trimming device is characterized by comprising a coil feeding mechanism (100), a first tensioning mechanism (200), a multi-stage edge trimming unit, a second tensioning mechanism (300) and a winding mechanism (400) which are sequentially arranged along the advancing direction of materials, wherein the multi-stage edge trimming unit comprises a rough trimming unit (1), a semi-rough trimming unit (2), a semi-finishing unit (3) and a finishing unit (4) which are sequentially used for progressively cutting metal edges, the second tensioning mechanism (300) is arranged between the first tensioning mechanism (200) and the rough trimming unit (1), between the rough trimming unit (1) and the semi-rough trimming unit (2) and between the semi-rough trimming unit (2) and the semi-finishing unit (3), a guide pressing mechanism (5) is used for laterally restraining and pressing metal strips between adjacent two-stage trimming processes so as to restrain strip vibration, the first tensioning mechanism (200) is arranged between the coil feeding mechanism (100) and the first guide pressing mechanism (5), and the second tensioning mechanism (300) is arranged between the semi-finishing unit (3) and the semi-rough trimming unit (2), and the second tensioning mechanism (300) is used for providing tension for the metal strips between the second tensioning mechanism (200) and the second tensioning mechanism (300).

The edge trimming device according to claim 2, wherein the rough trimming unit (1), the semi-rough trimming unit (2), the semi-finishing unit (3) and the finishing unit (4) are respectively provided with a cutter table (11) capable of being adjusted in a sliding manner, cutters (12) are respectively arranged on the cutter tables (11), cutting edges of the cutters (12) are arranged oppositely, the cutters (12) comprise a cutter body (121), cutting edges (122) are arranged on one side of the cutter body (121), and a plurality of cutting edges (122) are arranged from top to bottom along the side edges of the cutter body (121).

Background In rolling or continuous production lines of metal strips (e.g., copper strips, aluminum strips, steel strips), it is often necessary to trim the edges on both sides of the strip to remove burrs and edges to obtain precise width and smooth edge quality. The traditional edge trimming mode is to pursue efficiency, and adopts a single cutting to remove all the allowance or adopts rough trimming and fine trimming. The single cutting mode has large cutting force, is easy to cause vibration and cutter-back phenomenon of the strip, and causes quality problems such as moire, notch collapse and the like at the edge. By adopting a rough finishing scheme and a fine finishing scheme, internal stress of the strip is released and micro deformation is possibly generated after rough finishing, and vibration caused by cutting is directly transmitted to a finishing unit, so that final precision is still difficult to guarantee. Particularly in the finishing link, how to provide a stable supporting environment for the last micro cutting is a long-standing technical difficulty in the industry. Accordingly, there is a need for a new edge finishing apparatus that integrates multiple stages of progressive cutting and is capable of stable machining. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects, and provides the edge trimming device which realizes high-precision, high-stability and high-efficiency metal strip edge processing by means of multistage progressive cutting, multipoint guiding compaction control and arc guiding cutting structure introduction at a trimming unit, improves the processing efficiency and effectively prolongs the service life of a cutter. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides an edge trimming device, which comprises a roll feeding mechanism, a first tensioning mechanism, a multi-stage edge trimming unit, a second tensioning mechanism and a rolling mechanism which are sequentially arranged along the advancing direction of materials. The multistage edge trimming unit comprises a rough trimming unit, a semi-finishing unit and a finishing unit which sequentially cut the metal edge in a progressive mode. And the guiding pressing mechanisms are respectively arranged between the first tensioning mechanism and the rough trimming unit, between the rough trimming unit and the semi-rough trimming unit and between the semi-rough trimming unit and the semi-finishing unit, and are used for laterally restraining and pressing the metal strip between two adjacent trimming processes so as to inhibit strip vibration. The guiding and compressing mechanism compresses the strip which possibly generates vibration after the previous working procedure, and suppresses the transverse vibration and the up-down jump of the strip, so that the strip entering the next trimming unit is ensured to be in a stable state with accurate position. Meanwhile, the first tensioning mechanism and the second tensioning mechanism which are arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the whole trimming unit provide constant and uniform axial tension for long-distance strips, so that the strip is prevented from loosening and deviating, the stable feeding state of the whole strip is ensured, the high precision, the high stability and the high efficiency of the edge processing of the metal strips are ensured, and the processing efficiency and the processing quality are improved. Further, in the edge trimming device described above, the cutting margins of the rough trimming unit, the semi-finishing unit, and the finishing unit are successively decreased. According to the invention, most of the allowance is removed by the rough trimming unit, the shape and the size of the semi-rough trimming unit and the semi-finishing unit are gradually corrected, and the finishing unit performs micro trimming, so that the single cutting force is reduced, the impact abrasion to a cutter is reduced, the tearing or deformation of the strip edge caused by the excessive deep cutting at one time is avoided, the processing load is smoothly transited, and the stability of the whole system is improved.
