Description

Machine tool for producing flat instruments and/or tools for medical technology and method for producing flat instruments and/or tools with such a machine tool Technical Field The invention relates to a machine tool for producing flat instruments and/or tools for medical technology and to a method for producing flat instruments and/or tools for medical technology using such a machine tool. Background It is known from the prior art to "fly" or "stand-up" work flat instruments and/or tools from forged parts (so-called forged parts). In the case of forged parts, the manufacturing process includes a plurality of separate and likewise manual machining steps, which may include, for example, manual belt sanding. In the case of "stand-up" or "fly-by" processing, the manufacturing process is often subjected to very high vibrations. The quality of the finished instrument and/or tool may be reduced due to vibrations caused by manufacturing, or time consuming and expensive subsequent processing of the individual instruments and/or tools may be necessary. Furthermore, continuous clamping of individual workpieces for the production of flat instruments and/or tools has proven to be very time-consuming and likewise of reduced quality. Disclosure of Invention It is an object of embodiments of the present invention to propose a machine tool for manufacturing flat appliances and/or tools in which the manufacturing duration and product quality of the flat appliances and/or tools are reduced or improved. The object is achieved by a machine tool for producing flat instruments and/or tools, comprising a machine frame, comprising at least one work spindle which is rotatably mounted about a spindle axis, comprising at least one work table which can be associated or is associated with the at least one work spindle, which is rotatably or pivotably mounted about a table axis indirectly or directly at the machine frame, and comprising at least one workpiece holder which is fastened to the work table, comprising at least one first workpiece holder, at which a flat workpiece can be fastened for machining the flat surface, and comprising at least one second workpiece holder, which extends transversely or obliquely to the first workpiece holder and at which a flat workpiece can be fastened for machining the end face, wherein at least one of the at least one work table can be transferred by a first working position into a second working position, in which the first workpiece holder can be accessed for at least one of the at least one work spindle, by rotation or pivoting about the table axis associated therewith, the second working position being accessible for machining the at least one workpiece in the at least one second working position. By having the machine tool comprise a workpiece holder with a first workpiece receiving portion and a second workpiece receiving portion, the flat instrument and/or tool can be made of a flat workpiece, wherein at most two clamping operations are necessary. By allowing the flat workpiece to be fastened at the first workpiece receiving portion for machining the flat surface, the use of forged parts can be eliminated and the flat instrument and/or tool to be manufactured can be milled out of solid material. By fixing the workpiece in a plane in the first workpiece holder, the risk of vibration formation in the case of machining by the machining spindle is significantly reduced. By allowing the flat workpiece to be held in the second workpiece holder for machining the end face or in the clamping die, the working area of the flat instrument and/or tool can be machined from the flat workpiece. The flat workpiece that may be fixed at the second workpiece receiving portion may include a workpiece previously fixed at the first workpiece receiving portion and processed by at least one driving spindle. By virtue of the fact that the workpiece table can be moved from the first working position into the second working position and back, the first workpiece receiving portion and the second workpiece receiving portion of the workpiece holder can be machined by the same working spindle. The at least one workpiece table can in principle be configured at will, as long as it fulfills the technical function of fixing the workpiece holder. It has proved to be advantageous when at least one of the at least one workpiece table comprises a clamping position at which at least one of the at least one workpiece holder is arranged and which in the first working position is arranged transversely or obliquely to the spindle axis of the working spindle of the associated workpiece table and which in the second working position is arranged transversely or obliquely to the spindle axis of the working spindle of the associated workpiece table. In a further development of the last-mentioned embodiment, provision is made that the first workpiece holder has a first workpiece receiving section which extends parallel to or obliquely to the c
