Abstract

- 1. A chain saw with a saw chain tensioning structure comprises a main body (1), a driving chain wheel (2), a guide plate (3) and a saw chain (4), and is characterized in that the main body (1) is provided with the saw chain tensioning structure (5), the saw chain tensioning structure (5) is provided with an adjusting screw rod (51), the front side of the adjusting screw rod (51) is provided with a thread transmission part (52) subjected to hardening heat treatment and used for transmission adjustment and stress support, the thread transmission part (52) is provided with an adjusting pin (53) connected with the guide plate (3) and used for adjusting the position of the guide plate (3), the rear side of the thread transmission part (52) is provided with a sealing pressing piece (54) and used for limiting the axial direction of the adjusting screw rod (51) and sealing the thread transmission part (52), the rear side of the adjusting screw rod (51) is provided with an adjusting knob (55) and used for preventing the adjusting screw rod (51) from being rotated by a tool, and the front side of the thread transmission part (52) is provided with a tool adjusting part (56) and used for rotating the adjusting screw rod (51) in cooperation with a tool.
- 2. A chain saw with a saw chain tensioning structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rear side of the adjusting screw (51) is provided with a flat structure (57), the flat structure (57) being fitted in the adjusting knob (55).

A chain saw with a saw chain tensioning structure according to claim 1, wherein the sealing pressing piece (54) is a U-shaped pad, the main body (1) is provided with a mounting groove (11), the sealing pressing piece (54) is clamped in the mounting groove (11), the U-shaped inner side of the sealing pressing piece (54) presses and fits with the outer peripheral surface of the adjusting screw (51), and the U-shaped outer side of the sealing pressing piece (54) seals a fit gap between the mounting groove (11) and the adjusting screw (51).

The chain saw with the saw chain tensioning structure according to claim 1, wherein the main body (1) is provided with a sliding groove (12), the threaded transmission part (52) and the adjusting pin (53) are both located in the sliding groove (12), a buffer gasket (58) is arranged on the front side of the threaded transmission part (52), the buffer gasket (58) is clamped on the outer side of the sliding groove (12), and the tool adjusting part (56) presses against the buffer gasket (58).

- 6. A chain saw with a saw chain tensioning arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the main body (1) is provided with a fixing bracket (14), the fixing bracket (14) limiting and fixing the saw chain tensioning arrangement (5) in the main body (1).

A chain saw with a saw chain tensioning structure as set forth in claim 6, wherein the fixing bracket (14) is provided with a tool adjusting hole (13) corresponding to the position of the tool adjusting portion (56), and the tool adjusting portion (56) is provided with a screwdriver adjusting groove.

A chain saw with a saw chain tensioning structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the main body (1) is provided with a cover plate (15), the cover plate (15) is provided with a compression knob (16), the compression knob (16) is in threaded connection with the main body (1), and the cover plate (15) is clamped with the main body (1).
