The shear resistance and the bending resistance of the solid round pile prepared by the method are superior to those of solid square piles, the raw materials are greatly reduced, and the energy conservation and the emission reduction are effectively achieved. S1, designing a mould of a solid round pile according to actual requirements of a site pile foundation, wherein the cross section of a cavity of the mould is round, and coating an isolating layer before pouring; s2, machining a required pile body reinforcement cage according to the size of the prefabricated square pile to be prepared, and assembling the pile body reinforcement cage into an integral framework; s3, designing a theoretical mixing ratio of concrete, determining an actual mixing ratio after experimental adjustment, and preparing the concrete according to the actual mixing ratio; s4, installing the integral framework into a die, carrying out prestress tensioning through a tensioning machine, and then anchoring; S5, pouring concrete in actual proportion to obtain the solid round pile.
