The invention can make the liquid foam discharging agent enter the mould to be formed by hydraulic extrusion, and has higher quality and production efficiency.

Claims (17)
- 1. A solid foam bar manufacturing device is characterized by comprising a heating reaction constant temperature container (1), a cylindrical die (2), a bullet head die (3), a pressurizing pushing mechanism and a conveying mechanism, wherein the pressurizing pushing mechanism is arranged at one end of the cylindrical die (2), the bullet head die (3) and the conveying mechanism are sequentially arranged at the other end of the cylindrical die (2), an injection cavity is formed among a piston (27) of the pressurizing pushing mechanism, the cylindrical die (2) and the bullet head die (3), the heating reaction constant temperature container (1) is communicated with the injection cavity and is used for injecting raw materials into the cylindrical die (2) and the bullet head die (3), the pressurizing pushing mechanism is used for pressurizing and forming the raw materials in the injection cavity into a solid foam bar, the cylindrical die (2) is connected with a translation mechanism, the bullet head die (3) is connected with a lifting mechanism, after the foam bar is formed, the translation driving mechanism drives the cylindrical die (2) to separate the bullet head die (3), the lifting mechanism moves radially to avoid the solid foam bar, and the pressurizing pushing mechanism gradually pushes the solid foam bar out of the cylindrical die (2) to the conveying mechanism.

The solid foam bar manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a cutter (11) provided at an end of the cylindrical mold (2) near the bullet head mold (3), the cutter (11) being configured to cut the pushed-out molded solid foam bar from the end of the cylindrical mold (2) after the molded solid foam bar is pushed out of the cylindrical mold (2) by the pressurizing pushing mechanism.

A solid foam discharging rod making device according to claim 2, wherein the cutter (11) comprises a saw blade (35), a saw blade driving motor (38) for driving the saw blade (35) to act, and a driving assembly for driving the saw blade (35) and the saw blade driving motor (38) to move along the radial direction of the formed solid foam discharging rod.

A solid foam bar manufacturing device according to claim 3, characterized in that the saw blade (35) is a chain saw blade, sleeved on the saw blade mounting frame, and the saw blade driving motor (38) is in transmission connection with a driving wheel on the saw blade mounting frame through a transmission rod (39) to drive the chain saw blade to rotate.

The solid foam busbar manufacturing device according to claim 4, wherein the bottom of the saw blade mounting frame is slidably connected to the sliding rail (36), and the driving assembly is connected to the saw blade mounting frame to drive the saw blade mounting frame to slide along the sliding rail (36).

- 9. A solid foam bar manufacturing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the heating reaction thermostatic vessel (1) is provided with a foam agent injection port (22) and a curing agent injection port (23) at the upper part.

The solid foam discharging rod manufacturing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein an output port (24) at the lower part of the heating reaction constant temperature container (1) is connected with an output pipeline (15), an input port of the cylindrical die (2) is connected with an injection pipeline (29), the output pipeline (15) and the injection pipeline (29) are connected through a universal joint (16), and a switch valve (14) is arranged on the output pipeline (15) and/or the injection pipeline (29).

The solid foam bar manufacturing device according to claim 1, wherein the translation mechanism comprises a linear guide rail (13) and a bracket sliding block (25) which is arranged at the bottom of the cylindrical die (2) and is in sliding fit with the linear guide rail (13), the cylindrical die (2) is connected with a transmission assembly (8), and the transmission assembly (8) controls the cylindrical die (2) to reciprocate along the linear guide rail (13).

The solid foam bar manufacturing device according to claim 11, wherein the transmission assembly (8) comprises a stepping motor (40), a transmission shaft (41) and a gear (42) arranged on the transmission shaft (41), and a flat rack (26) meshed with the gear (42) is arranged at the bottom of the cylindrical die (2) along the advancing direction.
- 13. The solid foam bar manufacturing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the wall thickness of the bottom section of the cylindrical mould (2) is provided with equidistant cooling channels (30) which are axially perforated.

The solid foam bar manufacturing device according to claim 1, wherein the bullet head die (3) comprises a bullet head die body (33), the lifting mechanism comprises a vertical supporting rod (32), a fixed support (34) and a hydraulic cylinder II (7.2), the bullet head die body (33) is connected with the fixed support (34), and the fixed support (34) is installed on the vertical supporting rod (32) in a lifting manner through the hydraulic cylinder II (7.2).

The solid foam discharging rod manufacturing device according to claim 1, wherein a piston (27) of the pressurizing and pushing mechanism is connected with a push rod (28), the push rod (28) is connected with a first hydraulic cylinder (7.1), and the first hydraulic cylinder (7.1) controls the push rod (28) to drive the piston (27) to reciprocate in the cylindrical die (2).

The solid foam busbar manufacturing device according to claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a semicircular groove (4) and a conveying belt (5), and the semicircular groove (4) and the conveying belt (5) are sequentially arranged on one side, far away from the cylindrical die (2), of the bullet die (3).
