- 1. The skid-mounted nonmetal composite pipe production device capable of being transported is characterized by comprising an extruding unit (1), a sizing cooling unit (2), a spraying cooling unit (3), a caterpillar traction unit (4), a reinforcing layer unit (5), a protection layer unit (6), a whole pipe caterpillar traction unit (7) and a cutting unit (8) which are sequentially connected according to working procedures, wherein each unit is respectively arranged in a corresponding container body of each transport standard container, and each unit is disassembled and each disassembled part is arranged in the container body of each transport standard container according to a preset position.

The transportable skid-mounted nonmetallic composite pipe production device according to claim 1, wherein the extruder unit (1) comprises a main machine part and a batching part, the main machine part is arranged on one side of a first box body, and the batching part is arranged on the other side of the first box body.

The transportable skid-mounted nonmetallic composite pipe production device according to claim 2, wherein the main machine part comprises a first main machine (104), a second main machine (109), a lining pipe mold (102) and an operation table (101), the first main machine (104) and the second main machine (109) are installed on a first floor (113) of the first box body at intervals, the first main machine (104) is close to one side of the first box body, the lining pipe mold (102) is installed on the other side of the first box body, the lining pipe mold (102) is located between the first main machine (104) and the second main machine (109), the operation table (101) is installed at one corner of the first box body and close to the first main machine (104) and the lining pipe mold (102), and the batching part is arranged in the first box body close to the second main machine (109).

The transportable skid-mounted nonmetallic composite pipe production device according to claim 1, wherein the spray cooling unit (3) comprises a liner spray box (301), a plurality of winder trays (302), a bracket (307), a cooling water circulation box (309), an air drying box (311), a compressed air tank (312) and a distribution box (313), wherein the liner spray box (301) is mounted on a third box body such that the liner spray box (301) is suspended above a third floor (308) of the third box body, a plurality of winder trays (302) are located on one side of the third box body, the bracket (307) is disposed on the third floor (308), and the winder trays (302) are fixed on the bracket (307), the cooling water circulation box (309), the air drying box (311), the compressed air tank (312) and the distribution box (313) are sequentially mounted on opposite sides of the winder trays (302), and the distribution box (313) is located at a corner of the third box body.

The transportable skid-mounted nonmetallic composite pipe production device according to claim 1, characterized in that the belt tractor unit (4) comprises a lining pipe crawler (401) and a cooling water circulator (403), the lining pipe crawler (401) and the cooling water circulator (403) are respectively installed on a fourth bottom plate (406) of a fourth box body, and a space is reserved between the lining pipe crawler (401) and the cooling water circulator (403).
