  1. 1. A lower discharging foaming device is characterized by comprising a movable base, a vertical support, a length-variable flow guiding mechanism, a length-adjustable driving mechanism and a buffering mechanism, wherein a traveling wheel set is arranged at the bottom of the movable base, the vertical support is fixedly arranged on the movable base, the length-variable flow guiding mechanism comprises a flow guiding channel which is obliquely arranged and has a telescopic length, the higher end of the flow guiding channel is connected with the upper portion of the vertical support, the length-adjustable driving mechanism is arranged on the vertical support and is in transmission connection with a movable part of the length-variable flow guiding mechanism and is used for driving the movable part to move so as to change the effective length of the flow guiding channel, and the buffering mechanism is arranged in a groove of the flow guiding channel and is used for providing damping buffering when a foaming profile slides downwards along the groove.

The lower discharge foaming device according to claim 1, wherein the length-variable flow guiding mechanism comprises a fixed groove section and a movable groove section, the fixed groove section forms a feeding part of the flow guiding channel, the movable groove section is slidably sleeved or inserted on the fixed groove section to form a discharging part of the flow guiding channel, first guide parts are arranged on two sides of the fixed groove section, and second guide parts matched with the first guide parts are arranged on two sides of the movable groove section.

The lower discharge foaming device according to claim 2, wherein the length adjusting driving mechanism comprises a power source and a linear executing component driven by the power source, the fixed end of the linear executing component is connected with the vertical support, and the movable output end of the linear executing component is connected with the bottom of the movable groove section through a connecting piece.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the buffer mechanism comprises a plurality of buffer units spaced apart along the extension of the channel, each buffer unit comprising a buffer plate rotatably coupled to the channel side wall and an elastic member acting between the buffer plate and the side wall.
  5. 5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein an auxiliary operation platform is further provided on one side of the vertical support, and the auxiliary operation platform is provided with a sample observation area and a recording area.

When the drop between the discharging hole and the receiving surface is too large, the foaming section bar can generate larger impact under the acceleration of gravity, and when the drop is too small, the section bar is possibly accumulated and blocked. In addition, the fixed device is difficult to adapt to the changing requirements of different production line layouts, and the flexibility of production is restricted. At present, although some adjustable schemes exist, the problems of complex structure, inconvenient adjustment, poor stability after adjustment, easy material clamping of a diversion surface and the like generally exist. Therefore, there is a need to develop a lower discharge device that can flexibly, stably and reliably guide the foaming profile and can rapidly adapt to different receiving conditions.
