Claims (20)
- 1. An outer water deflector assembly, comprising: A first sealing structure (10) connected with the outer plate assembly (30) of the vehicle door and at least in sealing contact with the upper edge of the outer plate assembly (30) of the vehicle door; the second sealing structure (20) is arranged in a split mode with the first sealing structure (10) and is connected with the vehicle door outer plate assembly (30), the second sealing structure (20) is in sealing butt joint with the vehicle window glass (40), and the top ends of the first sealing structure (10) and the second sealing structure (20) do not exceed the upper edge of the vehicle door outer plate assembly (30).
- 2. The outer water deflector assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first sealing structure (10) includes an exterior surface (S1) provided between an upper edge of the door outer panel assembly (30) and the window glass (40).
- 3. The outer water deflector assembly of claim 2, wherein the first sealing structure (10) includes a first body portion (110) and a first skeleton (120), the first body portion (110) being in sealing abutment with at least an upper edge of the door outer panel assembly (30), the first skeleton (120) being connected to the first body portion (110).
- 4. The outer weather strip assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first skeleton (120) includes a first portion (121) provided between an upper edge of the door outer panel assembly (30) and the window glass (40), and the exterior surface (S1) is formed on the first portion (121).
- 5. The outer water deflector assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the outer side of the first portion (121) forms the appearance surface (S1).
- 6. The outer water deflector assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the outer side of the first portion (121) is provided with a paint layer, a plating layer, an oxide layer or a patch structure, which forms the appearance surface (S1).
- 7. The outer water deflector assembly of claim 3, wherein the first armature (120) is a metallic material.
- 8. An outer water deflector assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that the first body portion (110) comprises an end portion provided between an upper edge of the door outer panel assembly (30) and the window glass (40), an outer side surface of the end portion being provided with a paint layer, a chemical plating layer or a patch structure, the paint layer, chemical plating layer or the patch structure forming the exterior surface (S1).
- 9. The outer water deflector assembly of claim 4, wherein the first armature (120) is provided with a groove (125) recessed away from the second sealing structure (20), the groove (125) being relieved from the second sealing structure (20).
- 10. The outer water deflector assembly of claim 9, wherein the first armature (120) further comprises a second portion (122) and a third portion (123), the second portion (122) being disposed at an angle to the first portion (121) with a junction therebetween forming a first inflection point (a), the third portion (123) being disposed at an angle to the second portion (122) with a junction therebetween forming a second inflection point (b), the first portion (121), the second portion (122), and the third portion (123) enclosing the groove (125).
- 11. The outer water stop strip assembly according to claim 4, wherein the first framework (120) further comprises a hook portion (124), the hook portion (124) and the first portion (121) are arranged at an included angle, a third bending point (c) is formed at the joint between the hook portion (124) and the first portion, the hook portion (124) is bent in a direction away from the second sealing structure (20) and forms a fourth bending point (d), and a smooth transition surface (S2) is formed on one surface of the hook portion (124) facing the second sealing structure (20).
- 12. The outer water deflector assembly according to claim 11, characterized in that the rounded transition surface (S2) is provided with a protective layer (130).
- 13. The outer water deflector assembly of claim 1, wherein the first sealing structure (10) comprises a first abutment (111) and a second abutment (112), the first abutment (111) being in sealing abutment with an upper edge of the door outer panel assembly (30), the second abutment (112) being in sealing abutment with the door outer panel assembly (30).
- 14. The outer water deflector assembly according to claim 13, wherein a face of the first abutment (111) facing the door outer panel assembly (30) is provided with a first toothed structure (113) and/or a face of the second abutment (112) facing the door outer panel assembly (30) is provided with a second toothed structure (114).
- 15. The outer water deflector assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first sealing structure (10) and/or the second sealing structure (20) is snap-connected with the door outer panel assembly (30).
- 16. The outer water deflector assembly of claim 1, further comprising a fastener (50), the fastener (50) passing through and connecting the first seal (10), the door outer panel assembly (30), and the second seal (20).

The outer weather strip assembly as claimed in claim 16, wherein the door outer panel assembly (30) includes a mounting plate (320), the first seal structure (10) includes a third abutting portion (143), the second seal structure (20) includes a fourth abutting portion (211), the mounting plate (320) is provided between the first seal structure (10) and the second seal structure (20), and both sides of the mounting plate (320) are in abutting contact with the third abutting portion (143) and the fourth abutting portion (211), respectively.
- 18. The outer water deflector assembly of claim 17, wherein the third abutment (143) comprises a mount (140), the fastener (50) is attachable to the mount (140), and/or the fourth abutment (211) comprises a deformed tooth (212).

The outer weather strip assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second sealing structure (20) comprises a second body portion (210) and a wiper lip (230), the second body portion (210) being connected to the door outer panel assembly (30), the wiper lip (230) being connected to the second body portion (210), the wiper lip (230) being in sealing abutment with the window pane (40).
- 20. The outer water deflector assembly of claim 19, wherein the second seal structure (20) further comprises a second armature (220), the second armature (220) being embedded in the second body portion (210).
