Abstract
The invention relates to a water chamber reinforcing plate of a water tank assembly, which comprises a water tank and a reinforcing plate, wherein the water tank is provided with a water chamber, the inner side of the water chamber is provided with a first supporting rib and a second supporting rib which are parallel and opposite to a first slot and a second slot, the reinforcing plate is integrally formed with more than one connecting piece of a first frame slot and a second frame slot which are adjacent, the two sides of each first frame slot are symmetrically provided with a first buckling piece and a second buckling piece which are opposite to each other at intervals, and the joint of the first buckling piece and the first frame slot of the connecting piece is provided with a first bending part and a second bending part, wherein the first buckling piece and the second buckling piece are oppositely arranged with the first slot and the second slot of the water chamber to form a water chamber built-in reinforcing plate which is firmly supported, the first bending part and the second bending part are used for forming a control limit for the first buckling piece and the second buckling piece, and the inner side wall of the water chamber are inserted to form a water inlet space with a proper distance, so that the compression resistance and the thermal stress resistance strength of the water tank are improved, and the plastic tank is effectively prevented from being deformed and cracked.

Claims (8)
- 1. A water chamber stiffener for a water tank assembly, comprising: A water tank having a water chamber, wherein the inner side of the water chamber is provided with a plurality of groups of first supporting ribs and second supporting ribs which are provided with a first slot and a second slot at intervals; A reinforcing plate having a connecting piece, and having a plurality of first and second buckling pieces arranged corresponding to the first and second slots and extending outwards symmetrically with respect to the two sides of the connecting piece as a reference plane, and having a first and second curved portions corresponding to each of the first and second buckling pieces and the connecting piece; Wherein the first and second buckling pieces of the reinforcing plate connecting piece are connected with the first and second slots of the water chamber of the water tank in a butt joint way, the first and second curved portions are used as a butt joint stop limit, and a water inlet space with a proper distance is formed between the reinforcing plate connecting piece and the two side slots of the water chamber, so that the water chamber forms a firmly supported built-in reinforcing plate, thereby improving the compression strength and thermal stress strength of the water tank and preventing the plastic tank from shrinking and deforming.
- 2. The water chamber reinforcing plate of a water tank assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein the connecting piece of the reinforcing plate is provided with a horizontal rectangular surface having more than one adjacent first and second frame grooves, the first and second buckling pieces being opposite and symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the first frame groove of the connecting piece.

The water chamber reinforcing plate of a water tank assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein each of said first and second fastening pieces provided on both sides of said reinforcing plate connecting piece has a stopper portion formed in an inverted tapered block on opposite outer sides thereof.
- 4. The water chamber reinforcing plate of a water tank assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein the first and second curved portions between the connecting piece of the reinforcing plate and the first and second fastening pieces are formed in a symmetrical circular arc shape.
- 5. The water chamber stiffener of a water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein the first and second stiffener are disposed inside the water chamber of the water tank below the water chamber.
- 6. The water chamber reinforcing plate of a water tank assembly as set forth in claim 5, wherein the slots of the first and second rib ends provided inside the water chamber are formed as symmetrical inclined conical surfaces.
- 7. The water chamber reinforcing plate of water tank assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein each of the first and the first ribs provided on the inner side of the water chamber are joined by being respectively connected by extending from both sides of the water chamber along the circumferential wall of the water chamber toward the bottom to form a space parallel U-shaped rib.
- 8. The water chamber reinforcing plate of a water tank assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein a plurality of reinforcing ribs are provided on an outer side of the water tank.

Reinforcing plate for water chamber of water tank assembly Technical Field The present invention relates to a water chamber reinforcing plate of a water tank assembly, which can increase strength and prevent deformation. Background According to the existing cooling water tank for car engine and mechanical cooling, the water tank of the cooling water tank is made of metal material by stamping or casting to have a fixed size, but the water tank has a considerable strength, but the quality is not easy to control due to the influence of process sand casting or stamping factors, the development of the mold is expensive, time-consuming and labor-consuming, and does not conform to the economic cost, and the water tank is only special in size, so the size adjustment is less elastic, and the water tank of the cooling water tank of the prior art is made of plastic molding, so the material is light, the metal processing process and cost are improved, but the water tank is easy to weaken the compressive strength due to high temperature overheat, and the defect of plastic tank deformation occurs. Disclosure of Invention The main object of the present invention is to provide a water chamber reinforcing plate for a water tank assembly, particularly a water chamber of a water tank assembly having a first slot and a second slot, wherein the reinforcing plate is integrally formed with a connecting piece, and two sides of the connecting piece are symmetrically provided with a first buckle piece and a second buckle piece having a first curved portion and a second curved portion, the first buckle piece and the second buckle piece are combined with the first slot and the second slot of the water chamber, the first buckle piece and the second buckle piece are combined to form a combined limit, and a water inlet space with a proper distance is formed between the connecting piece and two side walls of the water chamber, so as to form a water chamber built-in reinforcing plate, thereby achieving a compression tensile strength and a thermal stress strength for improving the strength of the water chamber, and effectively preventing the plastic tank from shrinking, deforming and cracking. The present invention provides a water chamber reinforcing plate for a water tank assembly, comprising a water tank having a water chamber, a reinforcing plate having a connecting piece, a plurality of first and second fastening pieces symmetrically and outwardly disposed on two sides of the connecting piece as a reference surface, and a first and second curved portions disposed between the first and second fastening pieces and the connecting piece, wherein the first and second fastening pieces of the reinforcing plate connecting piece are connected with the first and second slots of the water tank by abutting and stopping the first and second curved portions, and a water inlet space with a proper distance is formed between the reinforcing plate connecting piece and the two sides of the water chamber, so that a stable supporting built-in reinforcing plate is formed to enhance the compression strength and heat stress resistance of the water tank and prevent the plastic tank from deforming.
