Abstract

According to the angle adjuster, the wedge blocks are supported by the independent fine punching pieces, the fine punching pieces with the material strength larger than that of the outer tooth plates are used for reducing deformation on the outer tooth plates, meanwhile, the bearing ring structure and the inner tooth plate structure design are changed, or the structure of the wedge blocks is changed, so that the eccentric distance of the angle adjuster is reduced, and the strength of the angle adjuster is improved.

Claims (10)
- 1. The utility model provides an angle modulation ware, its characterized in that, this angle modulation ware includes outer pinion rack, fine blanking piece, interior pinion rack and voussoir, wherein, the external pinion rack has the external tooth, the internal pinion rack has the internal tooth, outer pinion rack and internal pinion rack rotate with each other through intermeshing's external tooth and internal tooth, the material intensity of fine blanking piece is greater than the material intensity of external pinion rack, fine blanking piece is arranged and is fixed on outer pinion rack with reference to the external tooth is concentric, the voussoir is supported on fine blanking piece through its crooked internal surface and is born interior pinion rack through its crooked surface in order to drive the relative roll motion of outer pinion rack and interior pinion rack.
- 2. The recliner as set forth in claim 1 wherein the outer gear plate has a through hole and the fine blanking member has a boss cylindrical surface which is inserted into the through hole for welding to connect the fine blanking member and the outer gear plate together.
- 3. The recliner as set forth in claim 2 wherein the fine blanking member has a chimney portion on which the wedge is supported by its curved inner surface, the free end face of the chimney portion being formed with a fillet by which the fine blanking member is welded to the outer toothed plate.
- 4. The recliner of claim 1 further including a spring that cooperates with the wedge to define an eccentric to press the external teeth into the internal teeth at the engaged position.
- 5. The recliner as set forth in claim 4 wherein the wedges comprise split wedges provided by two wedges, the recliner further comprising a cam ring inserted in the play between the narrow sides of the two wedges, the two ends of the spring respectively connecting the facing wide sides of the two wedges to urge the two wedges apart by the spring acting on the wedges in a circumferential direction.
- 6. The recliner of claim 5 wherein the wedge further comprises an integral wedge having an arcuate through-waist opening in a center thereof, the spring legs of the spring extending through the arcuate through-waist opening and then being inserted into the split wedge.
- 7. The recliner of claim 1 further comprising a bearing ring disposed between the curved outer surface of the wedge and the central bore of the inner tooth plate.
- 8. The recliner as set forth in claim 7 wherein the inner gear plate has a radially inwardly extending limit boss having an inner gear plate end face and the bearing ring has a bearing ring end face limited by the inner gear plate end face, the height of the limit boss being less than the thickness of the bearing ring.
- 9. The recliner as set forth in claim 7 wherein the inner tooth plate has a plurality of radially inwardly extending, uniformly distributed spacing ribs and the bearing ring has open slots, the open slots being limited by the spacing ribs, the height of the spacing ribs being less than the thickness of the bearing ring.
- 10. The angle adjuster according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the height of the limit boss or limit rib is less than the thickness of the bearing ring, in the range 0-1 mm.
Description
Angle adjuster Technical Field The present invention relates to vehicles, and more particularly to a recliner. Background In the current seat electric backrest angle adjustment market, the demand for a zero-gravity seat is increasing, and the zero-gravity seat has high strength requirement for an angle adjuster because a safety belt of the zero-gravity seat is fixed on the seat. In addition to zero gravity seats, four-six fold-over independent seats are increasingly used, and high-strength angle adjusters are used on the six-six independent seats. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides an angle adjuster for solving the problems that the conventional angle adjuster in the prior art cannot meet the requirement of impact safety of a zero-gravity seat, the known high-strength angle adjuster cannot be stably and permanently allowed and the like. The angle adjuster according to the present invention comprises an outer toothed plate having external teeth, an inner toothed plate having internal teeth, fine punches having a material strength greater than that of the outer toothed plate, the fine punches being disposed concentrically with respect to the external teeth and fixed to the outer toothed plate, and a wedge supported by its curved inner surface on the fine punches and carrying the inner toothed plate by its curved outer surface to drive relative rolling movement of the outer and inner toothed plates, the inner toothed plate having internal teeth, and the outer toothed plate and the inner toothed plate being rotated relative to each other by the intermeshed external teeth and the internal teeth. In a preferred embodiment, the external gear plate has a through hole, and the fine blanking member has a boss cylindrical surface, and the boss cylindrical surface is inserted into the through hole and welded to connect the fine blanking member and the external gear plate together. In a preferred embodiment, the fine blanking has a chimney portion on which the wedge is supported by its curved inner surface, the free end face of the chimney portion being formed with a fillet by means of which the fine blanking is welded to the outer toothed plate. In a preferred embodiment, the recliner further includes a spring that cooperates with the wedge to define an eccentric to press the external teeth into the internal teeth at the engaged position. In a preferred embodiment, the wedges comprise split wedges provided by two wedges, the recliner further comprising a cam ring inserted in the play between the narrow sides of the two wedges, the two ends of the spring respectively connecting the facing wide sides of the two wedges to force the wedges apart by the spring acting on the wedges in a circumferential direction. In a preferred embodiment, the wedge further comprises an integral wedge, wherein the middle part of the integral wedge is provided with an arc-shaped through waist hole, and the spring legs of the springs are inserted into the split wedge after penetrating through the arc-shaped through waist hole. In a preferred embodiment, the recliner further includes a bearing ring disposed between the curved outer surface of the wedge and the central bore of the inner tooth plate. In a preferred embodiment, the inner toothed plate has a radially inwardly projecting limit boss having an inner toothed plate end face, the bearing ring has a bearing ring end face, the bearing ring end face is limited by the inner toothed plate end face, and the height of the limit boss is less than the thickness of the bearing ring.
