Description
Anti-falling device for climbing open wagon carriage Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of open wagon climbing equipment, in particular to an anti-falling device for climbing an open wagon carriage. Background For the current main stream general open car, namely a C64 and C70 open car, the height of the inside of the car body is 2050mm, the height of the floor surface from the track surface (empty car) is 1088mm, and the height of the top of the car body from the ground is more than 3138mm. When a worker needs to climb onto an open wagon to check the loaded goods (coal or ore), according to GB26164.1-2011 part 1 of electric safety working procedure, namely, heating power and machinery, 15.1.1, working at a place 2m and above from a falling reference surface is considered as high-place working and 15.1.7 working on a scaffold without a scaffold or a railing, when the height exceeds 1.5m, a safety belt is needed, or other reliable safety measures are needed, and in order to prevent the possible falling of the worker at a certain height and position in the climbing process, the worker needs to tie the safety belt to prevent the falling at the high place. Because the safety belt hook hanging device is not arranged above the open wagon, a safety rope is generally hung above the open wagon in the travelling direction, a plurality of falling protectors are additionally arranged, a long rope is hung on the movable hook of the falling protector to drop to the ground, when the open wagon needs to be climbed, the movable hook of the falling protector is pulled down by using the long rope, the safety belt hook is hung on the movable hook of the falling protector, and after the movable hook of the falling protector is retracted to straighten the safety belt hook, a worker climbs the open wagon again. In order to prevent climbing open wagon carriage from falling from high personnel, safety ropes and falling protectors are required to be installed beside a railway, and the safety ropes and the falling protectors also need to be checked regularly to prevent functional failure. The prior method has complicated steps and various related matching works. For this purpose, we propose a fall arrest device for climbing the open wagon compartment to solve the above problems. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an anti-falling device for climbing an open wagon carriage, which is used for hanging a safety belt hook and effectively preventing workers from falling from high places. In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: The anti-falling device for climbing the open wagon carriage comprises a plurality of rods, long rods and a cross rod in parallel, wherein each rod comprises a short rod and a first arc-shaped rod, the short rods comprise two short rods and are connected into a whole at the top end through the first arc-shaped rods, the short rods in adjacent rods are respectively connected into a whole through second arc-shaped rods, the first arc-shaped rods in the adjacent rods are welded into a whole through the cross rod, the long rods are vertically fixed at the bottoms of the second arc-shaped rods, the long rods can be clamped into upper side beams of the top of the open wagon through the rods, and the length of the long rods is not less than the height of the open wagon. Further, the radian that first arc pole with the second arc pole corresponds is the semicircle, two the quarter butt symmetry welding is in first arc pole opening both ends, the stock fixed welding is in second arc pole bottom center. Further, two cross bars are welded between every two adjacent rod bodies, welding spots of the two cross bars on the first arc-shaped rods are symmetrical with the center of the first arc-shaped rods, and the welding spots are all full welds. Further, the number of the rod bodies is two. Further, the difference between the spacing width of the long rod and the short rod and the width of the upper side beam of the top of the open wagon is 0.5cm. Further, the rod body and the cross rod are made of HRB400 and threaded steel with the diameter of more than 16mm, the yield strength is more than or equal to 400Mpa, and the tensile strength is more than 540Mpa. Further, the long rod may be a telescopic rod. Compared with the prior art, the anti-falling device has the beneficial effects that in the actual use process, the anti-falling device for the climbing open wagon carriage only needs to check whether the main body part of the anti-falling device for the climbing open wagon carriage has cracks, whether welding spots fall off or not and whether the width of the rod body part is about 0.5cm wider than the width of the upper side beam of the top of the open wagon. The problem that safety ropes and anti-falling devices are required to be installed beside a railway in a traditional climbing mode is avoi
