  8. 8. The vehicle side wall assembly (I) according to claim 7, wherein the cover plate (500) has a flange (510), the flange (510) extending folded toward the excess portion (200A) and covering an edge of the first fin plate (120) and an edge of the second fin plate (410).
  9. 9. The vehicle side gusset assembly (I) according to claim 8, wherein the flange (510) extends adjacent to or in contact with the excess portion (200A).
