Description
Flap unit for covering a vehicle opening and vehicle Technical Field The present invention relates to a flap unit for covering a vehicle opening, in particular a loading opening or a tank opening. The invention also relates to a vehicle having at least one vehicle opening, in particular a loading opening or a tank opening, and to a flap unit of this type. Background In a vehicle, openings in the body, such as loading openings or tank openings, are closed by a flap or a flap to prevent contamination and abuse. Disclosure of Invention It is an object of the invention to provide an improved flap unit for covering a vehicle opening compared to the prior art with an emergency actuation mechanism for emergency opening of the flap unit with a low emergency actuation force, and an improved vehicle. According to the invention, the object relating to a flap unit is achieved by the features of claim 1. According to the invention, the object is achieved with respect to a vehicle by the features of claim 11. The flap unit according to the invention for covering a vehicle opening, in particular a flap movable relative to a frame of a loading opening or a tank opening, comprises at least one frame and an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the flap relative to the frame. The adjusting mechanism comprises at least one adjusting arm which is pivotally supported on the frame about a first axis of rotation on the one hand and on the flap about a second axis of rotation on the other hand, wherein in normal operation the flap is movable by pivoting the adjusting arm about the first axis of rotation and in case of emergency actuation the flap is manually movable about the second axis of rotation relative to the adjusting arm. In other words, in normal operation, i.e. in electric operation, the adjustment arm is pivoted relative to the frame about the first axis of rotation to adjust the shutter, and in case of emergency actuation the shutter is manually pivotable relative to the adjustment arm about the second axis of rotation. The configuration of the second axis of rotation provides an advantageous leverage ratio. Such a lever ratio has the effect of significantly reducing the force required for emergency actuation, in particular for emergency opening of the flap. In particular, the first end of the adjustment arm is pivotally supported on the frame about a first rotation axis. The first end may be driven by a drive unit for adjusting the adjustment arm. The second end of the adjustment arm is pivotally supported on the rear side of the baffle. In particular, for emergency actuation, for example in the event of a short circuit and/or a defective drive unit, the flap can be pivoted manually about the second axis of rotation relative to the adjusting arm by a predetermined emergency actuation path, in particular pried open. The advantage achieved by the invention is in particular that it allows the force of the normally driven loading flap to be optimized for emergency actuation and emergency opening when the loading flap is de-energized and/or the drive unit assigned to the flap unit is defective. In an emergency, the flap can be opened manually with little force. By providing an additional axis of rotation between the adjustment arm and the flap, i.e. an additional pivot point, for example in the form of a joint, transmission of manual lever forces is possible and emergency opening forces can be reduced. By providing a second axis of rotation, about which the flapper can pivot with respect to the adjustment arm, the flapper can be actuated urgently without breaking. Emergency actuation may be accomplished by a credit card or other narrow object. Credit cards may be inserted into the gap between the bezel and the frame, particularly the seam gap. Thus, a leverage can be achieved in a simple manner in the joint gap between the baffle and the frame. In the event of emergency actuation, the flapper may pivot about the second axis of rotation relative to the adjustment arm to bring the flapper to an emergency actuation position, wherein a seam gap between the flapper and the frame and/or the vehicle opening increases. In this way, the underside of the baffle can be more easily grasped by the user. Thus, the shutter may be manually forced to be subsequently moved to the open position. Emergency actuation may be performed in two stages. In a first emergency actuation phase, an object and/or a card may be inserted into the seam gap in order to pivot the flap relative to the adjustment arm. In the second emergency actuation phase, in particular after occupying the emergency actuation position, the user can insert at least one finger between the flap and the frame in order to subsequently pivot the flap and the adjustment arm together about the first rotation axis. For example, the emergency actuation may be actuated by a flat object, such as an actuation tool or credit card, which may be inserted into the joint gap between the flapper a
