Description
Bilge, ballast and anti-transverse-inclination multifunctional integrated system for ship Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a bilge, ballast and anti-transverse-inclination multifunctional integrated system for a ship. Background The open multipurpose ship has no cabin cover in the cargo hold and is usually provided with a heavy crane, and two special working conditions are faced in the sailing and operation process, namely, firstly, the cargo hold area is directly exposed and is easy to cause a large amount of seawater to rush in due to heavy rain or upper waves on a deck, so that extremely high requirements are put on rapid removal of bilge water, and secondly, the heavy crane can generate obvious dynamic transverse moment when carrying out cargo loading and unloading, so that serious challenges are formed on the safety of the ship. For the above working conditions, the technical solutions of the ballast water system, the cargo hold bilge water system and the anti-transverse-inclination system which are independently arranged are generally adopted in the ship design field, namely, the ballast water system, the cargo hold bilge water system and the anti-transverse-inclination system are three independent systems. The specific cases of the three independent systems are: 1. A ballast water system. The traditional ballast water system mainly transfers the ballast water among different ballast tanks through the cooperation of ballast pumps, pipelines and valves so as to adjust the trim, the heel and the draft of the ship. As shown in fig. 1, the ballast water system includes a ballast water pump 51, a ballast water main 52, a ballast water branch 53, a valve 54, a control system, and the like. The ballast water pumps 51 are provided in the nacelle, the number of the ballast water pumps 51 is two, the number of the ballast water manifolds 52 is two, the ballast water branch pipes 53 are connected to the ballast water manifolds 52, and the ballast water branch pipes extend from the ballast tanks 55 to the ballast water manifolds. A pipe tie 56 is provided in the midship for receiving and routing piping and valves, taking up a lot of hull space. The seawater header 50 is connected to the ballast header. 2. Cargo hold bilge water system. The cargo hold bilge water system is responsible for draining the accumulated water (such as water leakage, condensed water, etc.) inside the cargo hold out of the outboard side. As shown in fig. 2, the cargo compartment bilge water system includes two bilge water pumps 57, bilge water header pipes 58, bilge water branch pipes 59, and the like. Two bilge pumps 57 are provided, both of which are provided in the nacelle. Bilge water main 58 is one piece. Bilge water branch 59 is located at one end in cargo hold bilge well 60 and is connected at the other end to bilge water main 58. The bilge water branch pipe is provided with a remote control valve 61. 3. An anti-roll system. One or more pairs of side hold-down cabins on both sides of the vessel are typically used as anti-roll cabins. The independent anti-transverse-tilting pump is used for realizing adjustment of ballast water at two sides through matching of the pipeline and the valve, and balancing the dynamic transverse tilting moment of the ship. As shown in fig. 3, the anti-roll system includes one anti-roll pump 62, two anti-roll manifolds 63, a ballast water branch pipe 64, and a plurality of valves 65. Side ballast tanks are employed as anti-roll tanks 66, one end of the ballast water branch pipe is arranged in the anti-transverse-inclination cabin, the other end is connected with the anti-transverse-inclination main pipe. The prior art scheme has the following technical problems: 1. High cost and heavy weight of the empty ship. The three sets of systems (ballast, bilge, anti-roll) require independent piping, pumps, valves and control units, resulting in a large number of devices and complex piping arrangements. The large number of pipes, valves and pump equipment results in a significant increase in material costs and installation man-hours. The pipeline and the valve parts of the three systems are arranged, so that valuable space of the ship body is occupied, the weight of the empty ship of the ship is increased, and the bilge utilization rate and the economy of the ship are affected. 2. The function is single, and the system utilization rate is low. Each system is provided with a separate pump, the initial investment is high, the ballast water system is only used when the floating state of the ship is regulated, the bilge system is used when the cargo hold is filled with water, and the anti-transverse-inclination system is used when the wharf is used for heavy loading. The pump group of each system only serves a single function, and the ballast pump, the bilge pump and the anti-transverse pump are in idle states for a long time under the working condition which is not
