Description

Electric drive dry liquid cargo supply and delivery system Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of marine supply of ships, in particular to an electrically-driven dry liquid cargo supply and delivery system Background Offshore replenishment is a key guarantee for maintaining continuous sailing of ships, wherein transverse delivery of heavy dry goods and liquid goods is the core and difficulty of replenishment operation. In order to ensure the conveying capacity and the working efficiency of the replenishment operation, a dry-liquid integrated type sending system needs to be designed, the task requirements of dry goods sending and liquid goods sending are considered, and the occupied area required by the replenishment sending system is reduced. In order to realize the supply tasks of dry goods delivery and liquid goods delivery, the most widely used scheme at present is to use two sets of independent and parallel frame cable supply systems respectively, one set of system is used for the dry goods delivery operation and the other set of system is used for the liquid goods delivery operation. The proposal occupies a large amount of deck space due to the requirements of two independent systems, respective driving units, storage areas and the like. Meanwhile, the scheme can not realize quick switching of dry liquid and goods, has long supply flow and high maintenance cost. Another approach in an attempt is a hydraulically stable truss system, but this system has poor operating range and maneuverability, is very sensitive to changes in the separation between vessels, and has slow system response. Meanwhile, in order to realize the end motion compensation, the system needs a precise hydraulic servo mechanism and a complex real-time control algorithm, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost is extremely high. In the prior related patent technology, as disclosed in patent document (CN 107554704A), one of the purposes of the offshore integrated replenishment system is to solve the problem that the offshore integrated replenishment system occupies a large amount of deck space, but the solution still has the problem that the system still needs to be provided with a plurality of winch devices (a dry cargo Gao Jia rope winch, a liquid cargo overhead rope winch, a lifting winch, an outer traction rope winch, an inner traction rope winch, a traction winch and the like) on the deck although the system integrates the dry cargo and the liquid cargo replenishment system on one portal main body, the winches are distributed at different positions on the deck, occupy a large amount of deck working space, the two upright post structures and the bottom mounting area thereof also need large deck space, and the problem that the dry cargo can not be rapidly switched is that when the dry cargo replenishment is switched to the liquid cargo replenishment, the dry cargo overhead rope and one end of a receiving vessel need to be retracted to the lifting pulley device, then the lifting pulley device is parked at the lifting pulley device along the length direction of the upright post, when the dry cargo replenishment is switched to the dry cargo replenishment, the overhead rope is required to be connected to the receiving overhead rope through the overhead crane through the overhead rope winch, the long chain is required to be switched to the receiving the liquid carrier, and the long-side of the emergency replenishment device is required to be maintained, and the long-time-consuming time is required to be reduced, and the maintenance condition is required to be maintained, and the high-time is required to be maintained. Therefore, although the problem that the deck space is occupied by the traditional system is solved to a certain extent, the system still has obvious defects in the aspects of quick switching of dry liquid and goods, replenishment efficiency, maintenance cost and the like, and the requirements for high-efficiency and multifunctional offshore replenishment are difficult to meet. Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, a heavy dry liquid cargo sending system which can be widely popularized and applied is needed to be equipped, the heavy dry cargo replenishing operation and the liquid cargo replenishing operation can be met, the reliability and maintainability of the sending system are improved, the design and production feasibility is realized, and the safety performance is improved. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide an electrically-driven dry liquid cargo replenishment and delivery system which can realize high-efficiency integration and quick switching of dry liquid cargo delivery and can break through the delivery bottleneck of cargo load and realize replenishment cargo delivery under heavy load. The technical scheme is that the electric drive type dry liquid cargo supply and delivery system comprises a heavy dry cargo delivery system, a heavy liquid cargo delivery s
