The buoyancy regulating cabin with the elastic breakwater meets the requirements of quick water injection and drainage, accurate liquid level measurement and stable wave suppression of the buoyancy regulating cabin through a prototype test, and has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, convenience in maintenance and the like.
