  1. 1. A film tearing machine comprising: Substrate support member A film tearing device capable of moving relative to the substrate support, the film tearing device comprising: A base disposed in correspondence with the substrate support; a tape feeding mechanism including a tape feeding member, a tape feeding member and a tape winding member rotatably provided to the base, and And a rotary power source connected with the adhesive tape feeding piece.

The film tearing machine of claim 1, wherein the film tearing device further comprises a film material detector, the film material detector is in communication connection with the power source of the base, and the film material detector controls the starting and the closing of the power source according to the detection result of whether the film material exists.

Film tearing machine Technical Field The present invention relates to a film tearing machine, and more particularly to a film tearing machine for tearing off a film material attached to a substrate by using an adhesive tape. Background In the industry of semiconductor or electronic components, a part of the manufacturing process needs to attach a multi-layer film material on a substrate, wherein the outermost release film plays roles of preventing dust from adhering, protecting static electricity or isolating from air. The work flow for attaching the film stock typically includes a film attaching process and a film tearing process for removing the film stock. Because the thickness of the film material of part of the product is very thin and the viscosity is higher, if the electronic component which is easy to remain residual glue and even hurt the surface of the substrate is directly torn off, for the product with the characteristics, the edge of the film material is lifted first, and then the whole film material is torn off. Currently, the industry is developing automated film tearing machines. A film tearing machine adopts an adhesive tape to tear off and remove film materials. However, as the number of operations of the film tearing machine increases, the tension of the adhesive tape may change, resulting in problems such as film tearing failure and film material breakage, thereby affecting the process yield. Disclosure of Invention In view of the above, the present invention provides a film tearing machine, which is helpful to solve the problem that the tension of the tape of the film tearing machine is changed to affect the process yield. The invention discloses a film tearing machine which comprises a substrate supporting piece and a film tearing device. The film tearing device can relatively move with the substrate supporting piece, and comprises a base, an adhesive tape feeding mechanism and a rotary power source. The base is disposed corresponding to the substrate support. The tape feeding mechanism comprises a tape feeding member, a tape feeding member and a tape winding member which are rotatably arranged on the base. The rotary power source is connected with the adhesive tape feeding member. According to the film tearing machine disclosed by the invention, the film tearing device comprises a rotary power source connected with the adhesive tape feeding piece. The tape feeder is used for feeding the tape for tearing off the film material. Therefore, compared with a film tearing machine for feeding the adhesive tape in a mode of driving the adhesive tape feeding piece or the adhesive tape winding piece to rotate, the film tearing machine for driving the adhesive tape feeding piece to rotate is beneficial to preventing the feeding speed of the adhesive tape from changing along with the radial dimension of the adhesive tape material roll arranged on the adhesive tape feeding piece or the adhesive tape winding piece, so that the whole tension of the adhesive tape can be uniformly distributed.
