Abstract

The sorting assembly is integrated with the size recognition assembly and the recognition grabbing assembly, the size recognition assembly obtains the outer diameter parameters of the filter in advance, and the outer periphery clamping stroke is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode through dynamic feedback to the recognition grabbing assembly, so that flexible nondestructive grabbing of the filter with multiple specifications is realized. The grabbed filter is transferred to a butt joint station, the shifting blanking component is inserted into a hollow groove of the filter and radially tensioned, the shifting blanking component and the outer diameter of the sorting component are clamped to form inner and outer space relay alternation, and finally the overturning blanking is completed by matching with the longitudinal adjusting component.
