Background The cylinder block is a large main body structural part of the marine low-speed diesel engine, the shape of the cylinder block is a cuboid structure, the length and the width of the cylinder block can reach 10m and 2m and 2.5 m respectively, the cylinder block is generally formed by a plurality of single cylinder segments and is generally made of spheroidal graphite cast iron materials, the weight of a single cylinder block of the large-model low-speed diesel engine can reach more than 30 tons, the weight of the whole cylinder block exceeds 100 tons, and the cylinder block is one of three large structural parts of the marine low-speed diesel engine and is used for bearing the installation of the rest parts of a plurality of diesel engines, and the processing precision requirement is high. When the cylinder body is produced, four planes and holes on the planes are required to be machined, the whole section of the cylinder body is generally machined on a numerical control floor type boring and milling machine, only one plane can be machined at a time, and when one plane is machined, the other plane is required to be turned over by 90 degrees.
