Description
Stacker crane and method for stacking products Technical Field The application relates to the field of logistics storage, in particular to a stacker crane for stacking products in the processes of warehousing and ex-warehouse of the products, and is particularly suitable for stacking mattresses or similar products. Background In an automatic store, a palletizer is generally provided. The stacker performs stacking operation on products before the goods are put in and put out, for example, the products are stacked on trays, the trays carrying the products are conveyed to a put-in station by a shuttle and then stored at a designated goods position on a goods shelf, or the product trays are conveyed to a put-out station for later put out. Currently, commonly used palletizers are designed primarily for applications where conventionally sized products such as cartons are palletized. Whereas for flat and large-area products such as mattresses, conventional palletizers present problems in palletizing such products, for example, because of the large area of the flat surface of the products such as mattresses, the size of the product trays for receiving the mattresses at the palletizer is also large, and thus the floor space required for palletizing operations is also large, which places more stringent demands on the distribution of storage space in places such as indoor stores. In addition, when stacking mattresses or similar products onto a product tray, there is a risk that the products may not be accurately placed onto the product tray due to the large size of the products, or that the products may be offset from the product tray to some extent, which may affect the stability of the products on the tray, in case of stacking a plurality of mattress products on the product tray, the products may fall off the tray. Therefore, there is a need for a palletizer with improved structure in the introduction of automatic stands and the like, which can be adapted to applications for storing mattresses or similar products with a large plan area, wherein the palletizer occupies a small area and enables the products to be positioned more stably on the product trays, reducing the risk of the products falling from the product trays. Disclosure of Invention The present application has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art palletizers. The object of the present application is to provide a palletizer suitable for mattresses or similar products, which has a small footprint, contributing to an increase in space utilization in warehouses. Furthermore, the stacker crane provided by the application can also improve the positioning precision of products on the product tray, thereby improving the stacking stability of the products. The application provides a stacker crane which comprises a frame, wherein a product conveying station and a tray carrying platform are arranged in the frame, and the tray carrying platform is positioned above the product conveying station so as to be capable of receiving products from the product conveying station. The product transfer station includes a roller assembly therein, the roller assembly including a plurality of rollers, and the roller assembly being cyclically movable between a first position in which the roller assembly is capable of supporting a product, a second position in which the roller assembly is out of supporting contact with the product to allow the product to drop onto the tray carrier, and a third position. The third position is adjacent the first position and the product is transported into the product transfer station during movement of the drum assembly from the third position to the first position. Wherein in the depth direction of the palletizer, the product conveying station has an inlet end and a stop end disposed opposite the inlet end, wherein the product enters the product conveying station from the inlet end, the stop end being disposed to prevent the product from exiting the product conveying station from the stop end. In the structure of the stacker crane, the roller assembly capable of reciprocating is arranged, products are stacked one by one in the process of one-time circulating movement of the roller assembly, and the structure is particularly useful for stacking mattresses with large occupied area or similar products. Moreover, through such structure, allow to arrange product conveying station and tray carrier along the direction of height of hacking machine, effectively utilize vertical space, reduce the area of hacking machine, improve space utilization. Preferably, at least one of a stopper portion provided at the stopper end and extending along at least a part of the width of the stacker, and a pinching mechanism provided at both sides of the product transfer station in the width direction of the stacker, the pinching mechanism being actuated to pinch the product from both sides when the product is conveyed into contact with th
