Description

Arm joint, arm support and engineering machinery Technical Field The invention relates to the field of arm frames, in particular to an arm joint, an arm frame and engineering machinery. Background In the field of engineering machinery, the boom plays a vital role in the crane, and the width and the height of the section of the boom can influence the lifting performance of the boom, and the larger section often represents the larger maximum lifting height and the larger maximum lifting weight of the crane. However, if the section of the arm support is too large, there is a problem that the arm support cannot be transported due to ultra-wide and ultra-high sections during transportation, and in addition, the arm support with the too large section occupies a large space and has too high transportation cost. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the problem that the arm support with a large section is inconvenient to transport in the prior art. In order to achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an arm joint including a plate-shaped upper frame, a plate-shaped lower frame, and a plurality of web members, the arm joint being configured to switch between a use state in which the upper frame and the lower frame are spaced apart in a height direction, and a transport state in which both ends of the web members are connected to the upper frame and the lower frame, respectively, and both ends of the web members are separated from the upper frame and the lower frame, respectively, the upper frame and the lower frame being stacked in the height direction, and a dimension of the upper frame and the lower frame in the height direction being smaller than a dimension of the upper frame and the lower frame in the use state in the height direction. In some embodiments, the transport state includes a first transport state in which a plurality of the web structures are connected in sequence and disposed between the upper and lower frames, at least one side of the web structure being connected to the upper frame, at least another side of the web structure being connected to the lower frame. In some embodiments, the arm segment comprises two of the web structures, wherein in the first transport state, one of the web structure sides is connected to the upper frame and the other web structure side is connected to the lower frame. In some embodiments, the transport state includes a second transport state in which the upper frame and the lower frame are stacked and directly connected. In some embodiments, the upper frame comprises two upper chords arranged at intervals along the width direction of the arm section, the lower frame comprises two lower chords arranged at intervals along the width direction of the arm section, and two ends of the web member structure are respectively connected with the upper chords and the lower chords. In some embodiments, the web structure comprises 4 web members, two web members are connected to each upper chord member, and two web members are connected to each lower chord member. In some embodiments, the web structure comprises two web members spaced apart along the width of the arm segment, each web member comprising two web members, the web members being connected at each end to the same upper chord and the same lower chord. In some embodiments, the two web components of each web structure are separated from each other and not connected, or the two web components of each web structure are connected by a cross bar weld in the transport state. In addition, the scheme provides the arm support, which comprises the arm section. In addition, the scheme provides engineering machinery, wherein the arm support comprises the scheme.
