The stabilizing moment of the whole forklift can be changed by adjusting the front and back positions of the counter weight, so that a single forklift can safely adapt to different rated loads. - 9. The variable load type counter-balanced forklift of claim 1, wherein the center of gravity of the counterweight is located on a line along which the rail slides.
- 10. The variable load type counter weight forklift of claim 1, wherein said body is provided with a reinforcing frame structure for mounting said connecting counter weight cylinder and said guide rail.
