Abstract
The application relates to a graphene sponge composite material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the graphene sponge composite material comprises the following steps of mixing a graphene oxide aqueous solution and an alkylamine organic solution to obtain a mixed solution, immersing the sponge in the mixed solution, and adding a reducing agent to perform hydrothermal reduction reaction to obtain the graphene sponge composite material. According to the preparation method of the graphene sponge composite material, the hydrophobicity and the oil absorption of the graphene sponge composite material can be effectively improved, so that the separation effect and the separation efficiency of an oil-water mixture are effectively improved.

Claims (10)
- 1. The preparation method of the graphene sponge composite material is characterized by comprising the following steps of: mixing graphene oxide aqueous solution and alkylamine organic solution to prepare mixed solution; and (3) soaking the sponge in the mixed solution, and then adding a reducing agent to perform hydrothermal reduction reaction to obtain the graphene sponge composite material.

The method of preparing a graphene sponge composite according to claim 1 wherein the alkylamine organic solution satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The alkylamine organic solution comprises alkylamine, wherein the alkylamine comprises primary amine with the carbon number of 6-18; (2) The alkylamine organic solution comprises an organic solvent, and the organic solution comprises an alcohol.

The method of preparing a graphene sponge composite as in claim 2 wherein the alkylamine organic solution satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The alkylamine comprises at least one of n-hexylamine, dodecylamine and hexadecylamine; (2) The organic solvent comprises ethanol.
- 4. The method for preparing a graphene sponge composite material according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the graphene oxide aqueous solution comprises graphene oxide, and the method for preparing the graphene sponge composite material satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The mass ratio of the alkylamine to the graphene oxide in the mixed solution is 1-8:1; (2) The graphene oxide includes at least one of an epoxy group and a carboxylic acid group.

The method of preparing a graphene sponge composite material according to claim 4, wherein the method of preparing satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The concentration of the graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1 g/L-10 g/L; (2) The concentration of the alkylamine organic solution is 1 g/L-10 g/L.

The method for preparing a graphene sponge composite material according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and 5, wherein the preparation method satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The reducing agent comprises ascorbic acid; (2) The temperature of the hydrothermal reduction reaction is 75-95 ℃ and the time is 3-8 hours.
- 7. The method for preparing a graphene sponge composite material according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and 5, wherein the sponge comprises at least one of melamine sponge and polyurethane sponge.
- 8. The method for preparing the graphene sponge composite material according to claims 1-3 and 5, which is characterized by further comprising the steps of washing and drying the obtained product after the hydrothermal reduction reaction is finished.
- 9. A graphene sponge composite material characterized in that the graphene sponge composite material is prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1-8.
- 10. Use of the graphene sponge composite material according to claim 9 in the preparation of an adsorbent material.
Description
Graphene sponge composite material and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of materials, in particular to a graphene sponge composite material and a preparation method and application thereof. Background Along with the rapid development of industries such as petrochemical industry, oil gas exploitation, ship transportation, food processing and the like, leakage of oil substances and organic solvents and emission accidents frequently occur, and oil-containing wastewater becomes one of main water pollutants to be solved urgently. At present, an adsorption method is often adopted for separating oil and organic pollutants in water, and the traditional adsorption material has poor separation effect on oily wastewater. Therefore, there is a need for improvements over the conventional art. Disclosure of Invention Based on the method, the application provides a graphene sponge composite material with a good separation effect on oily wastewater, and a preparation method and application thereof. The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows. The first aspect of the application provides a preparation method of a graphene sponge composite material, which comprises the following steps: mixing graphene oxide aqueous solution and alkylamine organic solution to prepare mixed solution; and (3) soaking the sponge in the mixed solution, and then adding a reducing agent to perform hydrothermal reduction reaction to obtain the graphene sponge composite material. In some of these embodiments, in the method of preparing a graphene sponge composite, the alkylamine organic solution satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The alkylamine organic solution comprises alkylamine, wherein the alkylamine comprises primary amine with the carbon number of 6-18; (2) The alkylamine organic solution comprises an organic solvent, and the organic solution comprises an alcohol. In some of these embodiments, in the method of preparing a graphene sponge composite, the alkylamine organic solution satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The alkylamine comprises at least one of n-hexylamine, dodecylamine and hexadecylamine; (2) The organic solvent comprises ethanol. In some of these embodiments, the graphene oxide aqueous solution includes graphene oxide in a preparation method of the graphene sponge composite material, the preparation method satisfying at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The mass ratio of the alkylamine to the graphene oxide in the mixed solution is 1-8:1; (2) The graphene oxide includes at least one of an epoxy group and a carboxylic acid group. In some of these embodiments, the graphene sponge composite material is prepared by a method that satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The concentration of the graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1 g/L-10 g/L; (2) The concentration of the alkylamine organic solution is 1 g/L-10 g/L. In some of these embodiments, the graphene sponge composite material is prepared by a method that satisfies at least one of the following characteristics: (1) The reducing agent comprises ascorbic acid; (2) The temperature of the hydrothermal reduction reaction is 75-95 ℃ and the time is 3-8 hours. In some of these embodiments, the graphene sponge composite material is prepared by a method comprising a step of preparing a graphene sponge composite material. In some embodiments, the preparation method of the graphene sponge composite material further comprises washing and drying the obtained product after the hydrothermal reduction reaction is finished. The second aspect of the application provides a graphene sponge composite material, which is prepared by the preparation method of the graphene sponge composite material provided by the first aspect. The third aspect of the application provides an application of the graphene sponge composite material provided in the second aspect in preparing an adsorption material.
