- 1. The preparation method of the activated carbon doped with organic matters by biochemical sludge comprises the following steps: (1) Dewatering biochemical sludge, fully mixing the biochemical sludge with organic matters, drying the biochemical sludge to constant weight, crushing and sieving the biochemical sludge to obtain spare sludge particles; (2) Placing the spare sludge particles in a high-temperature tubular furnace, carbonizing at constant temperature under the protection of inert gas, cooling to room temperature under the protection of inert gas after carbonizing, taking out and grinding into powder to obtain carbonized material powder; (3) Mixing carbonized material powder with an activating agent, adding the mixture into deionized water, uniformly dispersing the mixture under the action of ultrasound, fully soaking the mixture, heating the mixture in a water bath for reaction, and filtering and drying a product; (4) Placing the product obtained in the step (3) in a high-temperature tube furnace, activating at constant temperature under the protection of inert gas, and continuously cooling to room temperature under the protection of inert gas after the activation is finished to obtain an activated product; (5) And (3) placing the activated product in concentrated acid for ultrasonic treatment, washing, drying, taking out, crushing and grinding to obtain the activated carbon doped with organic matters in the biochemical sludge.
