- 1. The preparation method of the modified biological active bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, adding nutrition powder into modified bamboo charcoal in a fluidization mode, wherein the addition amount of the nutrition powder is 0.5-1.5% of the mass of the modified bamboo charcoal, and obtaining the modified bamboo charcoal loaded with the nutrition powder after fluidization is completed; s2, adding a mixed enzyme into the modified bamboo charcoal loaded with the nutrition powder, wherein the mass ratio of the mixed enzyme to the modified bamboo charcoal is 1 (1000-3000), spraying, vacuum pumping, and drying to obtain the modified bioactive bamboo charcoal filler; the preparation method of the modified bamboo charcoal comprises the following steps: s1, taking raw moso bamboo, cutting into bamboo tubes with the length of 5-30cm, and carbonizing at high temperature to obtain bamboo charcoal; s2, spraying a hydrogen peroxide solution on the surface of the bamboo charcoal, then irradiating for 15-24 hours under an ultraviolet lamp with the wavelength of 180-330nm, washing, drying, and repeating for 2-3 times to obtain modified bamboo charcoal; or soaking bamboo charcoal in acid solution or alkali solution for 48-120 hr, washing, and drying to obtain modified bamboo charcoal.

The preparation method of the modified biological activated bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment according to claim 1, wherein the nutritional powder comprises, by mass, 10-20% of brown sugar, 10-20% of peptone dry powder, 5-15% of wheat starch, 0.1-0.5% of sodium chloride, 0.01-0.3% of K 2 HPO 4 0.1-0.5%、Ca(NO 3 ) 2 , 0.03-0.07% of biotin, 3-5% of yeast, 7-11% of diatomite and the balance of corn starch.
- 3. The method for preparing modified bioactive bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH of the acid solution is 5.2-5.8.
- 4. The method for preparing modified bioactive bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH value of the alkaline solution is 7.2-7.8.
- 5. The method for preparing modified bioactive bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 2, wherein said nutritional powder further comprises 0.1-0.5% of penetrant by mass.
- 6. The method for preparing modified bioactive bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 5, wherein said penetrating agent is a mixture of polysorbate 80 and alkyl glycoside APG-0810.

The method for preparing the modified bioactive bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment according to claim 1, wherein the mixed enzyme agent comprises the following raw materials, by mass, 3-7% of protease, 4-8% of lipase, 17-23% of amylase, 2-4% of phospholipase, 13-17% of alpha-amylase, 0.5-1.5% of carboxymethyl cellulose and the balance of water.
- 8. A modified biological active bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment is characterized in that the filler is prepared by the preparation method of the modified biological active bamboo charcoal filler for sewage treatment in any one of claims 1-7.

Therefore, the specific surface area and the film forming rate are improved by modifying and reaming the bamboo charcoal, so that the sewage treatment efficiency can be improved.
