Abstract
The invention discloses an epoxy resin regenerated asphalt mixed material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the mixed material comprises aggregate, RAP and asphalt, and further comprises a treatment additive, wherein the treatment additive comprises, by weight, 30-80 parts of epoxy resin, 40-80 parts of a curing agent, 3-10 parts of a softening agent, 5-15 parts of a regenerating agent, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent and 1-5 parts of an accelerator. According to the invention, the epoxy resin premix component and the curing agent premix component are respectively prepared, then the aggregate and the RAP are preheated, the asphalt material and the premix component are sequentially added, and the mixture is stirred and mixed and then discharged. The three-dimensional network structure of the epoxy resin is utilized to remarkably improve the high-temperature stability, fatigue resistance and durability of the reclaimed asphalt mixture, and meanwhile, the high-efficiency utilization of high-proportion RAP is realized by optimizing the proportion and the technological parameters, so that the problem of insufficient performance of the traditional reclaimed material is solved. The method is suitable for heavy traffic pavement such as high-grade highways, airport runways and the like, and has remarkable technical and economic benefits and environmental protection value.

- 1.
