The rut resistant asphalt mixture according to claim 1, wherein said coated basalt fiber is prepared by the steps of: step b1, stirring basalt fiber and acetone for reaction, cooling a reaction product after the reaction is finished, performing vacuum suction filtration, washing and drying a filter cake to obtain pretreated basalt fiber; and b2, stirring and reacting the tris and deionized water, then adjusting the pH value by using a hydrochloric acid solution, then adding the pretreated basalt fiber and the dopamine hydrochloride, continuing stirring and reacting, filtering a reaction product in vacuum after the reaction is finished, and washing and drying a filter cake to obtain the coated basalt fiber.
