Abstract

The application provides a self-compacting prestressed gunite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the self-compacting prestressed gunite material comprises, by mass, 12-15 parts of a self-compacting mixture, 1 part of a dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of a first interface stabilizer and 100 parts of magnesium aluminate cement, and the self-compacting mixture comprises 10-15 parts of a self-compacting active material, 1-3 parts of a second interface stabilizer, 1-2 parts of a self-compacting accelerator and 1 part of a toughening agent. When the gunite material is used on site, water is added and stirred to generate micro-nano NH 3 bubbles, so that the gunite material covers and spontaneously expands on the surface of surrounding rock of a roadway, can automatically flow into and completely fill all cracks and pits, and realizes omnibearing close fitting with the surrounding rock, thereby eliminating interface defects and ensuring uniform load transmission. The application also provides a preparation method of the guniting material, which has the characteristics of simple process, low cost and easy popularization and application.

  1. 1. The self-compaction prestressed gunite material is characterized by comprising, by mass, 12-15 parts of a self-compaction mixture, 1 part of a dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of a first interface stabilizer and 100 parts of magnesium aluminate cement, wherein the self-compaction mixture comprises 10-15 parts of a self-compaction active material, 1-3 parts of a second interface stabilizer, 1-2 parts of a self-compaction promoter and 1 part of a toughening agent.
  2. 2. The gunite material of claim 1 wherein the self-compacting active material comprises magnesium nitride and calcium nitride in a mass ratio of 1:2.
  3. 3. The gunite material according to claim 1 wherein said dispersant comprises sodium perfluoro-1-octane sulfonate and calcium 2-aminoethane sulfonate of equal mass.
  4. 4. The gunite material of claim 1 wherein the first interfacial stabilizer and the second interfacial stabilizer are each 5-eicosyl-1, 3-benzenediol.
  5. 5. The gunite material of claim 1 wherein the self-compaction promoting agent comprises ammonium chloride and ammonium nitrate in a mass ratio of 1:4.
  6. 6. The gunite material of claim 1 wherein the toughening agent comprises 1-methyltrisyrimidinone and dihydro-6-methyl-2, 4-bipyrimidinone in a mass ratio of 2:1.

The preparation method of the self-compacting prestressed gunite material is characterized by comprising the following steps of: Uniformly mixing the self-compaction active material, the interface stabilizer, the self-compaction promoter and the toughening agent according to the stoichiometric amount to obtain a self-compaction mixture; mixing the self-compacting mixture, the dispersing agent, the interfacial stabilizer and the magnesium aluminate cement according to the stoichiometric amount to obtain the gunite material of any one of claims 1-6.
  8. 8. The method of claim 7, wherein the self-compacting mixture, the dispersant, the interfacial stabilizer, and the magnesium aluminate cement are dry-blended for 30-40 minutes.

The preparation method of the composite material according to claim 7, wherein the gunite material is added with water and stirred to generate micro-nano NH 3 bubbles when being used on site, so that the gunite material is covered on the surface of surrounding rock of a roadway and spontaneously swells.
