Claims (10)
- 1. The bioactive peptide with the oral cavity anti-aging effect is characterized in that the amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO. 2.

A bioactive peptide derivative having an oral anti-aging effect, wherein the bioactive peptide derivative is obtained by modifying an amino acid side chain group, an amino terminal or a carboxyl terminal of the bioactive peptide of claim 1 by hydroxylation, carboxylation, carbonylation, methylation, acetylation, phosphorylation, esterification or glycosylation, and the bioactive peptide derivative retains the biological activity of the bioactive peptide.
- 3. The bioactive peptide derivative according to claim 2, characterized in that the modification is palmitoylation modification of the N-terminus of the bioactive peptide.
- 4. A composition comprising the bioactive peptide of claim 1, or the bioactive peptide derivative of claim 2 or 3, and an acceptable carrier.
- 5. The composition of claim 4, wherein the acceptable carrier comprises a filler, binder, disintegrant, lubricant, solvent, suspending agent, emulsifier, pH adjuster, abrasive, humectant, thickener/viscosity adjuster, foaming agent, taste modifier, appearance modifier, preservative, antioxidant, fragrance, cleanser.
- 6. The composition of claim 4, wherein the dosage form comprises an oral dosage form, a parenteral dosage form, a buccal dosage form, a sublingual dosage form, a nasal dosage form, a transdermal dosage form, and a suppository.
- 7. Use of a bioactive peptide according to claim 1, a bioactive peptide derivative according to claim 2 or 3, a composition according to any one of claims 4 to 6 or a bioactive peptide having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 1 for the preparation of a product for preventing, alleviating or treating periodontal problems, including gingivitis and periodontitis, in cosmetics, oral care products, disinfection products, medical devices or medicaments.

The use according to claim 7, wherein the product is used for promoting gingival tissue repair, combating gingival recession, repairing black triangles, promoting gingival collagen production, tightening periodontal gums, reducing periodontal pocket formation or preventing alveolar bone resorption.

The use according to claim 7, wherein the product comprises an anti-oxidant anti-inflammatory gingival preparation, an oral care toothpaste, an oral care gel, an oral care essence, a mouthwash, an oral spray, an oral care patch, a dental Zhou Huli paste, a desensitizing paste, a periodontal injection.
