  1. 1. A polypeptide is characterized in that the amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1.
  2. 2. A nucleic acid molecule encoding the polypeptide of claim 1.
  3. 3. A biological material comprising the nucleic acid molecule of claim 2, wherein the biological material is a recombinant DNA, an expression cassette, a transposon, a vector, a microorganism, or a cell.
  4. 4. A conjugate comprising the polypeptide of claim 1, and a chemical moiety conjugated thereto.
  5. 5. A composition comprising, as a main ingredient, comprising the polypeptide of claim 1.
  6. 6. Use of the polypeptide of claim 1, the nucleic acid molecule of claim 2, the biomaterial of claim 3, the conjugate of claim 4 or the composition of claim 5 for the preparation of an anti-inflammatory and/or anti-aging product.
  7. 7. The use according to claim 6, wherein the product is for achieving any one or more of the following purposes: (1) Inhibiting inflammatory factor synthesis and/or secretion; (2) Promote collagen synthesis and/or secretion; (3) Inhibit collagen degradation.
  8. 8. The use according to claim 6, wherein the product is a pharmaceutical or cosmetic product.
  9. 9. The use according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the polypeptide is used at an effective concentration of 2 μm to 50 μm.
  10. 10. The method for producing a polypeptide according to claim 1, wherein the polypeptide is produced by a solid-phase synthesis method based on the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1.

Polypeptide and application thereof in preparation of anti-inflammatory and/or anti-aging products Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicine, in particular to a polypeptide and application thereof in preparing anti-inflammatory and/or anti-aging products. Background Inflammation is a defensive response of the immune system of the body to external stimuli or tissue damage and plays an important role in maintaining homeostasis of the body. However, when the inflammatory response is excessive or sustained, abnormal expression of inflammatory mediators and inflammatory-related cytokines such as interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) is caused, thereby causing tissue damage, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases. The existing anti-inflammatory drugs commonly used in clinic mainly comprise non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids, can effectively relieve inflammation symptoms, but often accompanies adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal damage, liver and kidney dysfunction, immunosuppression and the like in long-term or large-dose use, and has limitation on deep regulation of chronic inflammation and inflammation related dysfunction. Therefore, novel anti-inflammatory substances which are natural in source, high in safety and clear in biological activity are searched, and the anti-inflammatory substances have important research value and application prospect. Aging is a gradual degradation process of physiological functions of the body over time, and skin aging is one of the important external manifestations of body aging. With the aging and the accumulation of environmental factors (such as ultraviolet rays), the structure of the dermis layer of the skin is changed, the collagen content is reduced, and the elastic fiber is damaged, so that the aging phenomena such as skin relaxation, wrinkle formation and the like are caused. Studies have shown that type I collagen (Col-I) is an important component for maintaining skin structure and elasticity, and that reduced Col-I synthesis or degradation means that skin is accelerating aging, and that matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) plays a key role in collagen degradation, and that over-expression accelerates collagen degradation and promotes skin aging. Currently, anti-aging active ingredients (such as vitamins, hyaluronic acid, collagen and the like) widely applied in cosmetics and functional skin care products still face the problems of insufficient biological activity or single efficacy and the like in practical application.
