Description

Low-viscosity long-pot-life impregnating resin and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of impregnating resins, in particular to a low-viscosity impregnating resin with a long pot life and a preparation method thereof. Background The impregnating resin is a resin which takes the cross-linked copolymer as a carrier adsorption resin, is put into a liquid extractant for impregnation, and absorbs various liquid ion exchangers. In the production of reinforced composite materials, resins used to impregnate various skeletal materials such as wood, fabric, carbon fiber, glass fiber, or the like are used. Typical resins include epoxy and phenolic resins. Along with the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the solvent-free impregnating varnish becomes an important application field of epoxy resin. The single-component solvent-free impregnating varnish can be prepared by heating epoxy resin and adding various components for mixing, and is used for various occasions requiring high-performance coating. The largest amount of impregnating resin in the existing impregnated paper veneer mainly comprises urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine resin and thermosetting phenolic resin, but the defects of low market acceptance and poor decoration of products of the veneer artificial board caused by the fact that the phenolic resin contains a small amount of free phenol, the curing temperature is high, the glue layer is darker in color and the like limit the application of the veneer artificial board. Urea-formaldehyde resin is widely used in the fields of wood bonding and the like due to the characteristics of excellent bonding performance, good ageing resistance and the like, but the urea-formaldehyde resin also has the problems of poor water resistance and weather resistance, easy formaldehyde release in the use process and the like, and the viscosity of the urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine resin and thermosetting phenolic resin is high, so that the impregnation efficiency is low when the impregnation processing is carried out, and meanwhile, the impregnation requirement on a substrate with higher density is difficult to meet.
