Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of high molecular compounds, in particular to a novel high molecular weight resin material with a flash drying function and a preparation process thereof, comprising the following steps: the epoxy resin is prepared by polymerization reaction of epichlorohydrin and an active hydrogen compound, wherein the polybasic acid comprises gluconic acid, white tartaric acid or malic acid, the polyhydric alcohol comprises ethylene glycol, propylene glycol or butanediol, the polyhydric alcohol and the polybasic acid are subjected to ester crosslinking reaction to form polyester resin, and the methyl methacrylate and the double bond of the acrylic acid monomer are subjected to ring-opening polymerization to form a polymer with high molecular weight. The invention has the characteristics of quick solidification, high durability, good fluidity and processing performance, flexibility in various applications and the like, so that the resin has wide application prospect in the fields of paint, adhesive, sealant and the like.

A novel high molecular weight resin material with a flash drying function is characterized by comprising polybasic acid, a free initiator, a diluent, epoxy resin, polyalcohol, vegetable oil, acrylic acid monomer, methyl methacrylate, an organic solvent and a curing agent; The epoxy resin is obtained by polymerization reaction of epichlorohydrin and active hydrogen compounds, polybasic acid comprises one or more of gluconic acid, white tartaric acid and malic acid, polyhydric alcohol comprises one or more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and butanediol, the polyhydric alcohol and the polybasic acid are subjected to ester crosslinking reaction to form polyester resin, and methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid monomer double bonds are subjected to ring-opening polymerization reaction to generate a polymer with high molecular weight.

- 3. The novel high molecular weight resin material having a flash-drying function according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxyl group of the polyhydric alcohol and the carboxyl group of the polybasic acid are combined to form an ester bond, and a water molecule is generated.
- 4. A new high molecular weight resin material with flash-dry function according to claim 1, characterized in that the free initiator is benzoyl oxide.
- 5. The new high molecular weight resin material with flash drying function according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, hexanol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl formate, ethyl acetate or dibutyl phthalate.
- 6. A new high molecular weight resin material with flash-dry function according to claim 1, characterized in that the diluent is an alcohol, ketone, ester or ether.

A preparation process of a new high molecular weight resin material with a flash drying function is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, providing a precise ratio mixture of vegetable oil, polyalcohol and polybasic acid; s2, putting the provided mixture into a four-neck flask, and accurately obtaining resin with acid value not more than 14 through esterification reaction at high temperature (210-240 ℃); s3, precisely cooling the reaction mixture to 140 ℃; S4, accurately starting to drop the prepared mixed acrylic acid monomer, wherein the drop temperature is controlled within the range of 130-140 ℃, and the drop time is accurately controlled within 3-4 hours; s5, after the dripping is completed, carrying out accurate heat preservation for 1 hour; S6, accurately raising the reaction temperature to 160-180 ℃ and carrying out accurate chain extension for 2 hours; s7, precisely reducing the temperature to 150 ℃ after chain extension is finished; S8, accurately and slowly adding the ester organic solvent, and stirring for 40 minutes; and S9, finally obtaining the high molecular weight resin with the instant drying function, wherein the appearance of the resin is a yellowish transparent thick body, and the resin shows excellent instant drying function.
