- 1. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite material is characterized by comprising, by mass, 25-75 parts of polypropylene, 25-30 parts of halogen-free flame retardant, 5-25 parts of mineral filling powder, 2-6 parts of compatilizer and 1-10 parts of toughening agent.
- 2. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite of claim 1, wherein the polypropylene composite further comprises 0.5 parts of a lubricant and 0.5 parts of an antioxidant.
- 3. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite material according to claim 1, wherein the polypropylene has a melt index of 10-30 g/10min at 230 ℃ and 2.16 Kg.
- 4. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite material of claim 1, wherein the halogen-free flame retardant is a nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant.
- 5. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite material according to claim 1, wherein the mineral filler powder is wollastonite having a diameter of 5-12 μm.
- 6. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite of claim 1, wherein said compatibilizer is a maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene.
- 7. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite material according to claim 1, wherein the toughening agent is any one of ethylene propylene diene monomer, ethylene-butene copolymer and ethylene-octene copolymer.
- 8. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite material according to claim 2, wherein the antioxidant is at least one of a hindered amine antioxidant, a hindered phenol antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant, and a thioester antioxidant.
- 9. The high impact flame retardant reinforced polypropylene composite of claim 2, wherein said lubricant is at least one of EBS, EBH, TAF, PETS.
- 10. A method for preparing a polypropylene composite material according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising: fully mixing mineral filling powder, compatilizer and part of polypropylene, and then adding other raw materials for uniform mixing; and (3) feeding the mixed material into a screw extruder for melt extrusion and granulation to obtain the composite material.
