Description

Enhanced waterproof and oil-proof treating agent and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof and oil-proof agents, in particular to an enhanced waterproof and oil-proof treating agent and a preparation method thereof. Background The waterproof and oil-proof treating agent is a functional chemical which can obviously reduce the wettability of the surface to water and oil after being coated on the surface of a material, so that water drops and oil drops are not easy to spread, permeate or adhere, has the functions of prolonging the service life of the material and reducing the comprehensive cost, and has wide application in the surface treatment field of stone, wood, cement and concrete, gypsum, paper and paper products, textile fabrics, non-woven fabrics, leather and other substrates. The main current water-proof and oil-proof treatment agent on the market at present is compounded by fluorocarbon resin and a cationic surfactant system, but has the following two main problems that on one hand, fluorine-containing substances are not environment-friendly and gradually eliminated along with the gradual enhancement of environmental awareness of people, on the other hand, the cationic surfactant has the problem of poor emulsion stability, and the cationic surfactant is easy to be neutralized with residual anionic desizing agent, brightening agent, dye and the like on the cloth surface to generate insoluble floccules, so that the adsorption quantity of the water-proof and oil-proof agent is reduced, and the application universality of the water-proof and oil-proof agent is greatly reduced. In addition, although the addition of the surfactant can provide the water-and oil-repellent treatment agent with good dispersion, wetting and stability, the hydrophilic group therein may deteriorate the water-and oil-repellent performance of the treatment agent to some extent. Patent CN 110004721A discloses a preparation method of a long-acting cotton fabric waterproofing agent, which comprises methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, an initiator, a mixed emulsifier, a surfactant and the like, wherein the surfactant is any one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, alkylphenol ethoxylates or sodium dodecyl sulfate, and although the waterproofing agent does not contain fluorine and other non-environment-friendly components, the problem that the overall waterproofing performance of the waterproofing agent is possibly poor due to the hydrophilic groups of the surfactant is not solved. Therefore, there is a need in the market for an enhanced water and oil repellent treatment that is fluorine free and has high performance in water and oil repellency. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention discloses an enhanced waterproof and oil-proof treating agent, which is designed to be added with an anionic surfactant and a synergistic agent and matched with silane monomers, functional monomers, crosslinking monomers, initiators, molecular weight control agents and other substances, so that the enhanced waterproof and oil-proof treating agent is fluorine-free and has high-efficiency waterproof and oil-proof performance.
