Abstract

The invention discloses oil-mud adhesion-preventing coating slurry for a ship heavy oil tank and a preparation method thereof, wherein the oil-mud adhesion-preventing coating slurry is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 30% -60% of modified acrylic resin, 10% -40% of oil-mud adhesion-preventing functional filler, 10% -40% of scratch-resistant functional filler and 5% -20% of photoinitiator, and the oil-mud adhesion-preventing functional filler is modified polyether-ether-ketone powder or at least one of modified polyether-ether-ketone powder, modified polyphenylene sulfide powder, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer powder and thermoplastic rubber elastomer powder. The slurry for the oil sludge adhesion coating has excellent oil sludge adhesion, scratch resistance, oil resistance and normal-temperature solidification, can effectively avoid the adhesion of oil sludge in a heavy oil tank of a ship, improves the operation efficiency, has simple preparation flow, is easy to realize industrialized production, and has wide applicability, and can be used for not only newly-built ship oil tanks but also in-service oil tank maintenance.

  1. 1. The slurry for the oil sludge adhesion prevention coating for the ship heavy oil tank is characterized by comprising, by mass, 30% -60% of modified acrylic resin, 10% -40% of oil sludge adhesion prevention functional filler, 10% -40% of scratch resistance functional filler and 5% -20% of photoinitiator, wherein the oil sludge adhesion prevention functional filler is modified polyether ether ketone or a mixture of modified polyether ether ketone and at least one of modified polyphenylene sulfide, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and thermoplastic rubber elastomer.

The slurry for oil-sludge adhesion preventing coating for a heavy oil tank of a ship according to claim 1, wherein the modified acrylic resin is at least one of a silicone modified aliphatic urethane acrylic resin, a silicone modified hydroxy acrylic resin, a silicone modified aliphatic urethane acrylic resin, and/or a silicone modified hydroxy acrylic resin.

The slurry for the oil-sludge adhesion prevention coating for the ship heavy oil tank according to claim 2, wherein the number average molecular weight of the organic silicon modified aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin is 8000-15000, the mass content of silicon element is 5-12%, the number average molecular weight of the organic silicon modified hydroxyl acrylic resin is 10000-20000, the mass content of silicon element is 3-8%, the number average molecular weight of the organic fluorine modified aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin is 9000-16000, the mass content of fluorine element is 4-10%, the number average molecular weight of the organic fluorine modified hydroxyl acrylic resin is 11000-22000, and the mass content of fluorine element is 3-9%.

The slurry for the oil-sludge adhesion prevention coating for the ship heavy oil tank, which is disclosed in claim 1, is characterized in that the modified polyether-ether-ketone is polyether-ether-ketone powder modified by adopting a silane coupling agent and a plasma treatment method, the average particle size is 200-500 meshes, the modified polyphenylene sulfide is polyphenylene sulfide powder modified by adopting a titanate coupling agent and a high-speed shearing dispersion method, the average particle size is 150-400 meshes, the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is polyurethane elastomer powder modified by adopting an isocyanate modifier and a melt blending method, the average particle size is 100-300 meshes, and the thermoplastic rubber elastomer is thermoplastic rubber elastomer powder modified by adopting a maleic anhydride grafting modifier and a twin-screw extrusion blending method, and the average particle size is 120-350 meshes.

The slurry for the oil-sludge adhesion preventing coating for the ship heavy oil tank according to claim 1, wherein the scratch-resistant functional filler is one or more of metal manganese powder, modified silicon carbide powder, stainless steel powder and aluminum powder with an average particle size of 100-400 meshes.
  6. 6. The slurry for oil-sludge adhesion preventing coating for a heavy oil tank of a ship according to claim 1, wherein the photoinitiator is 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone or/and 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone.

The preparation method of the slurry for the oil-sludge adhesion prevention coating for the ship heavy oil tank, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of slowly adding the oil-sludge adhesion prevention functional filler, the scratch-resistant functional filler and the photoinitiator into the modified acrylic resin, stirring to uniformly disperse the components to obtain mixed slurry, putting the mixed slurry into a grinder, grinding the mixed slurry to the fineness of not more than 30 mu m, and filtering the mixed slurry by a 100-200-mesh filter screen to obtain the slurry for the oil-sludge adhesion prevention coating.

Oil-sludge-adhesion-preventing coating slurry for ship heavy oil tanks and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning of heavy oil sludge of ships, and particularly relates to oil sludge adhesion preventing coating slurry for a heavy oil tank of a ship and a preparation method thereof. Background Heavy oil is one of the largest used amount of marine fuel oil, and is mainly prepared from cracked residual oil and straight-run residual oil of petroleum, is a blackish brown viscous combustible liquid, and is a heavy residual product after gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil are separated from crude oil in the petroleum processing process. Petroleum is doped with various mechanical and mineral impurities such as metal dust, fibrous materials, earth, gravel, and heavy metal salts during exploitation, transportation, refining, and long-term storage. In the use process, the oil product can generate oxidation reaction with oxygen in the air, and can generate thermal decomposition reaction under the condition of high temperature, so that the physical and chemical properties of the oil product are changed, and components such as acids, colloid, coke, asphaltene and the like are generated by aging. In addition, the oil product itself contains wax, colloid and asphaltene with large molecular weight and high melting point, and the wax, colloid and asphaltene together with mechanical impurities and mineral impurities in the oil product are settled and accumulated at the bottom of the ship oil storage cabin to form a viscous colloid substance layer, namely oil sludge. The existence of the oil sludge in the oil storage cabin brings numerous hazards. For example, the accumulation of water and salt substances in the oil sludge can accelerate the corrosion of the bottom plate of the oil storage cabin and other equipment, and has certain influence on the service life of the oil storage cabin, the quality of oil in the oil storage cabin, the effective volume of the oil storage cabin and the like, and meanwhile, the accumulation of impurities and water in the oil sludge at the bottom of the oil storage cabin is easy to generate static accumulation, so that the possibility of static accidents is increased. Therefore, in order to ensure safe operation and reduce potential safety hazards, the ship oil storage tank needs to be cleaned with the tank bottom sludge and the tank wall regularly during the in-service operation. Meanwhile, as the in-service time of ships grows, the cleaning problem of the ships is increasingly outstanding. However, because the internal structure of the ship heavy oil tank is complex and the space is limited, the cleaning of the oil sludge in the ship heavy oil tank is a necessary, dangerous and complicated work, the degree of mechanization is extremely low, and the manual oil sludge removal is mainly relied on. The pure manual cleaning mode has high working strength for workers, is easy to endanger the safety of the workers, and has high cost, low efficiency and various risks such as safety and environmental protection for enterprises. In order to solve the problem of high difficulty in removing and cleaning oil sludge in a ship heavy oil tank, development of a coating material with oil sludge adhesion prevention, oil resistance, scratch resistance and normal-temperature curing is urgently needed, and the performance of the oil sludge adhesion prevention coating slurry plays a decisive role in the performance of a coating.
