Abstract

The powder spraying coating composition provided by the invention has the advantages of simple composition, low preparation cost and strong adhesive force. According to the powder spraying coating composition provided by the invention, the coating obtained after spraying is excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance according to the powder spraying method provided by the invention.

The polyethersulfone coating is a high-performance polymer material, has the characteristics of excellent heat resistance, physical and mechanical properties, impact resistance, creep resistance, dimensional stability, hydrolysis resistance, chemical resistance, insulativity, self-extinguishing property and the like, and is widely applied to the production and manufacturing fields of electronics, electric appliances, machinery, automobiles, instruments, medical appliances, coatings, dies, ultrafiltration membranes and the like.
