Claims (10)
- 1. A composition for preparing a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion for tile adhesives, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 24-26 parts of vinyl acetate; 6-8 parts by weight of ethylene; 26-28 parts by weight of pre-emulsified monomer; 2.2 to 2.4 weight portions of graft emulsion; 39-40 parts of water.
- 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the composition further comprises: 0.06-0.08 parts by weight of cellulose; 0.9 to 1.1 weight portions of polyvinyl alcohol; 1.9-2.1 parts by weight of emulsifying agent; 0.21-0.23 part by weight of reducing agent; 0.09-0.11 part by weight of an oxidant; 0.25-0.27 parts by weight of pH regulator; 0.02-0.04 parts by weight of post-treatment agent.

The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the pre-emulsified monomer is one or more of acrylates, vinyl versatate and vinyl acetate; Preferably, the acrylic ester is selected from one or more of methyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate; and/or, the repolymerized grafting emulsion is a styrene-butadiene emulsion; and/or the emulsifier is selected from one or more of octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether; and/or, the cellulose is hydroxy cellulose.
- 4. A composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the protective colloid is polyvinyl alcohol; preferably, the polyvinyl alcohol has a polymerization degree of 500 to 2000; preferably, the alcoholysis degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 80 to 99.5%.
- 5. A method for preparing a copolymer emulsion using the composition for preparing a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion for tile adhesives according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising: (1) Mixing cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, an emulsifier, vinyl acetate, ethylene and water in a contact manner; (2) Contacting each reactant in the step (1) with an oxidant, a reducing agent, a part of initiator and a pre-emulsified monomer at a certain temperature and pressure to perform a first reaction; (3) And (3) contacting the product obtained in the step (2) with another part of initiator to perform a second reaction and defoaming treatment, and contacting the reaction product with a repolymerized grafting emulsion, a treatment auxiliary agent and a pH regulator to perform post-treatment to obtain the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion.

The method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (2), the certain temperature and pressure conditions include a temperature of 54-62 ℃ and a pressure of 3-3.3MPa; And/or the conditions of the first reaction comprise the temperature of 70-74 ℃, the pressure of 5-5.5MPa and the time of 45-55min; And/or the addition rates of the oxidant and the reducing agent are the same and are 10-13kg/min.
- 7. The process according to claim 5, wherein in step (3), the conditions of the second reaction include a temperature of 75 to 78℃and a pressure of 1.4 to 1.5MPa.

The copolymer emulsion according to claim 8, wherein the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion has a viscosity of 1000 to 2500mpa.s and a solid content of 60 to 61%; Preferably, the density of the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion is 1.06-1.08g/cm 3 ; Preferably, the strength of the film of the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion is 10-12MPa; preferably, the elongation of the film of the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion is 400 to 600%.
