The environment-friendly snow-melting and deicing composition is characterized by comprising, by weight, 30-45 parts of calcium magnesium acetate salt, 10-20 parts of sodium formate, 15-25 parts of potassium acetate, 8-15 parts of urea, 1-3 parts of a surfactant and 2-5 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, wherein the organic acid salt slow-release microsphere comprises, by weight, 5-8 parts of sodium alginate, 3-6 parts of chitosan, 2-4 parts of calcium chloride, 1-3 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose and 1-2 parts of nano silicon dioxide, and a shell layer wrapping the core material.

The environment-friendly snow-melting and deicing composition according to claim 1, wherein the organic acid salt slow release microspheres are prepared by the following steps: mixing calcium magnesium acetate, sodium formate, potassium acetate and urea according to the proportion, adding into deionized water, stirring in a water bath at 60-80 ℃, adding a surfactant and a corrosion inhibitor, and uniformly stirring to obtain a core material mixed solution; According to the proportion, sodium alginate is dissolved in deionized water, chitosan, calcium chloride, carboxymethyl cellulose and nano silicon dioxide are sequentially added, uniformly mixed, and the pH value is regulated to 5.0-6.0, so that a wall material mixed solution is obtained; and (3) dripping the core material mixed solution into the wall material mixed solution, emulsifying for 5-10 minutes at 8000-12000rpm to obtain water-in-water emulsion, and spray drying to obtain the organic acid salt slow-release microspheres.

- 5. The environment-friendly snow-melting and deicing composition according to claim 1, further comprising sodium dodecyl sulfate, wherein the weight ratio of the sodium dodecyl sulfate to the organic acid salt slow release microspheres is (2-5): 100.
- 6. The environmentally friendly snow-melting and deicing composition according to claim 5, further comprising ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, wherein the weight ratio of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether to organic acid salt slow release microspheres is (3-8): 100.
- 7. The environmentally friendly snow-melting and deicing composition according to claim 6, further comprising calcium peroxide, wherein the weight ratio of the calcium peroxide to the organic acid salt slow release microspheres is (1-3): 100.

A method for preparing the environment-friendly snow-melting and deicing composition as set forth in claim 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing 100 (2-5) (3-8) (1-3) of organic acid salt slow release microspheres, sodium dodecyl sulfate, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and calcium peroxide to obtain the environment-friendly snow-melting and ice-melting composition.
