Abstract

The plugging liquid comprises the pressure response type activator, bridging particles, fibers, a curing agent, a diluent, a base liquid and an optional density regulator.

Claims (10)

  1. 1. A pressure response activator is a core-shell structure, wherein a core material comprises silicate, alkali and carbonate, and a shell material comprises at least one of styrene, pyrrole and methyl methacrylate.

The pressure responsive activator of claim 1, wherein the pressure responsive activator is prepared by: 1) Mixing silicate, alkali and carbonate to obtain active component of activator; 2) Adding the active component of the activator, persulfate, alcohol and surfactant into an organic solvent, and emulsifying to obtain a first emulsion; 3) Heating the first emulsion to 35-55 ℃ under the condition of a first inert gas, and then adjusting the pH value to 3-5 to obtain a second emulsion; 4) After mixing water and shell material components, dripping the mixture into the second emulsion, reacting the mixture under the condition of a second inert gas, and then washing and drying the mixture to obtain the pressure-responsive activator; Wherein 100% by mass of the total mass of the silicate, the alkali and the carbonate, 40% to 50% by mass of the silicate, 20% to 25% by mass of the alkali, 25% to 40% by mass of the carbonate, 100 parts by mass of the organic solvent, 7 to 15 parts by mass of the activator active component, 0.35 to 0.5 part by mass of the persulfate, 3 to 5 parts by mass of the alcohol, 2.5 to 3 parts by mass of the surfactant, 2 to 4 parts by mass of the shell material, and 0.2 to 0.5 part by mass of the water.
  3. 3. A curable lost circulation fluid comprising the pressure responsive activator of claim 1 or 2, bridging particles, fibers, a curing agent, a diluent, a base fluid, and optionally a density modifier.
  4. 4. A curable plugging fluid according to claim 3, wherein said bridging particles comprise at least one or at least two of vermiculite, calcium carbonate powder, rubber powder, walnut shells, quartz sand, cotton seed hulls, and resin microspheres; Preferably, the bridging particle size is 1/2 to 2/3 of the average pore diameter or average fracture width.
  5. 5. A curable plugging fluid according to claim 3, wherein said fibers comprise at least one of polyacrylonitrile fibers, basalt fibers, asbestos fibers, and polypropylene fibers.
  6. 6. A curable plugging fluid according to claim 3, wherein said curing agent comprises slag; Preferably, the solidifying agent includes at least one of S75 grade furnace water quenched slag, S95 grade furnace water quenched slag, or S105 grade furnace water quenched slag.
  7. 7. A curable lost circulation fluid according to claim 3, wherein the diluent comprises sulphonated tannins and/or sodium lignin sulfonate.
  8. 8. A curable lost circulation fluid according to claim 3, wherein the base fluid comprises a first polymer, a second polymer, an inorganic suspending agent, a retarder and water.

The curable plugging fluid of claim 8, wherein said first polymer is at least one of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-N-vinylpyrrolidone-acrylamide copolymer, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-acrylic acid-acrylamide copolymer, polyacrylamide, carboxymethyl cellulose, modified hydroxyethyl cellulose, and/or The second polymer is at least one of polyacrylamide, carboxymethyl cellulose and modified hydroxyethyl cellulose, and/or The inorganic suspending agent comprises at least one of red mud, diatomite, bentonite and attapulgite, and/or The retarder is at least one of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-itaconic acid-N-ethylacrylamide copolymer, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-acrylic acid-maleic anhydride copolymer, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-itaconic acid-maleic anhydride copolymer and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-acrylic acid-N-ethylacrylamide copolymer.
  10. 10. A curable plugging fluid according to claim 3, wherein said density modifier comprises at least one of barite, iron ore powder, hollow glass microspheres, hollow ceramic microspheres, fly ash, expanded perlite powder, titanium iron ore powder.
