Description
Acid soil conditioner containing microalgae Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture and environmental remediation, and particularly relates to an acidic soil conditioner containing microalgae. Background Acidic soil is generally referred to as soil having a pH below 7.0 and is generally considered to be strongly acidic when the pH is below 5.5. The formation of the soil is a natural and slow process and is mainly influenced by (1) climatic factors, namely, high-temperature and rainy areas, a large amount of rainfall can cause alkaline calcium ions, magnesium ions, potassium ions, sodium ions and other salt ions in the soil to be leached, and hydrogen ions and aluminum ions replace the alkaline ions to cause the acidification of the soil, (2) soil formed by the weathering of primary minerals such as granite and sandstone, which has low salt content and is easy to be acidic, (3) biological factors, namely, respiration of plant roots, decomposition of organic matters and generation of organic acid and inorganic acid by litters of certain plants (such as tea trees and pine trees), so as to acidize the soil, and (4) artificial activities, comprising excessive application of chemical fertilizers, industrial pollution and improper irrigation, are the main reasons of the acceleration of the acidification of the current soil. At present, in the restoration scheme of acid soil, no restoration scheme using microalgae as a main functional component for adjusting the pH value of the acid soil exists. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide an acidic soil conditioner containing microalgae. The soil conditioner capable of effectively improving the acid soil is prepared by selecting the short-rib chlorella which can be planted in a fixed way under an acid condition and generate alkaline metabolites to raise the pH value of the acid soil as a main functional component and combining with other components with functions of loosening the soil, helping proliferation of the short-rib chlorella, providing organic matters, helping soil release nutrients and the like. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: according to one of the technical scheme, the acid soil conditioner containing microalgae comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-130 parts of biomass charcoal, 30-40 parts of vermiculite, 1-2 parts of Alternaria brevis, 0.1-0.5 part of bacillus mucilaginosus microbial inoculum, 0.1-0.5 part of bacillus subtilis microbial inoculum and 0.1-0.5 part of bacillus megaterium microbial inoculum. The inventor finds that the short-rib chlorella (Pinnularia brebissonii) of the genus chlorella can be planted in acid soil and can also generate alkaline metabolites, which provides a feasible basis for the application of the short-rib chlorella in the improvement of the acid soil. Further, the inventor obtains the acid soil conditioner containing microalgae through compounding the soil conditioner formula. The other key component of the acid soil conditioner except the chlorella brachycarpa is a bacillus mucilaginosus microbial inoculum, and silicate metabolized by the bacillus mucilaginosus microbial inoculum can provide nutrients for the chlorella brachycarpa, thereby being beneficial to proliferation of the chlorella brachycarpa and improving the improvement effect of the acid soil conditioner containing microalgae. Preferably, the particle size of the biomass charcoal is 40-60 meshes. Preferably, the grain size of the vermiculite is 20-40 meshes. Preferably, the effective viable count of the bacillus mucilaginosus microbial inoculum is more than or equal to 4 multiplied by 10 8 cfu/g. Preferably, the effective viable count of the bacillus subtilis microbial inoculum is more than or equal to 2 multiplied by 10 9 cfu/g. Preferably, the effective viable count of the bacillus megatherium microbial inoculum is more than or equal to 1 multiplied by 10 10 cfu/g. The second technical scheme of the invention provides application of the acid soil conditioner containing microalgae in acid soil improvement. Preferably, the application amount of the acid soil conditioner containing microalgae is 50-70 kg/mu. The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: the microalgae-containing acid soil conditioner with the function of improving acid soil is prepared by combining biomass charcoal, vermiculite, pinus brachycarpa, bacillus mucilaginosus, bacillus subtilis and bacillus megaterium. In the acid soil conditioner containing microalgae, biomass charcoal is used as a matrix component of the soil conditioner to provide moisturizing and carbon nutrient supplying effects, and vermiculite loosens soil and enhances the air permeability of the soil. The Bacillus pumilus is used as a main functional component for acid improvement, alkaline metabolites are produced to raise the pH value of acid soil, bacillus muci
