- 1. The heat recovery coke oven cooling channel is characterized by comprising cooling channels which are arranged along the long direction of the coke side of the coke oven machine and are completely penetrated, wherein the cooling channels are arranged at intervals, the heat recovery coke oven cooling channel further comprises a plurality of transverse connecting channels which are perpendicular to the cooling channels and are intersected, two ends of each transverse connecting channel are respectively connected with a vertical channel of a resistance wall area, and the vertical channels extend upwards to a furnace top chimney.
- 2. The cooling channel of a heat recovery coke oven of claim 1, wherein the cooling channel is multi-layered, each layer being separated by refractory bricks, and each layer being provided with a plurality of transverse cross-channels perpendicular to and intersecting the cooling channel.
- 3. A heat recovery coke oven cooling tunnel according to claim 1 wherein the cross-sectional shape of the cooling tunnel is rectangular or portal.
- 4. A heat recovery coke oven cooling tunnel according to claim 1 wherein the vertical tunnel is disposed inside or outside a resistant wall.
- 5. A heat recovery coke oven cooling tunnel according to claim 1, wherein an induced draft fan is provided on the roof chimney.
- 6. A heat recovery coke oven cooling tunnel according to claim 1, wherein the heat recovery coke oven cooling tunnel is adapted for use in a vertical heat recovery coke oven or a horizontal heat recovery coke oven.
