Claims (10)

  1. 1. The hydraulic oil composition is characterized by comprising base oil, a viscosity index improver, an antioxidant, an antiwear agent, an antirust agent, a metal deactivator, a pour point depressant, an antifoaming agent and a demulsifier, wherein the base oil is selected from hydrofining base oil, the viscosity index improver is polymethacrylate, and the pour point depressant is polymethacrylate.

The hydraulic oil composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydraulic oil composition comprises, by mass, 88.7 to 98.75% of base oil, 1 to 5% of viscosity index improver, 0.01 to 1% of antioxidant, 0.01 to 2% of antiwear agent, 0.1 to 2% of rust inhibitor, 0.01 to 0.1% of metal deactivator, 0.1 to 1% of pour point depressant, 0.01 to 0.1% of anti-foaming agent and 0.01 to 0.1% of demulsifier.

The hydraulic oil composition according to claim 2, which comprises 93.9 to 98.75% by mass of base oil, 3 to 5% by mass of viscosity index improver, 0.5 to 1% by mass of antioxidant, 1 to 2% by mass of antiwear agent, 1 to 2% by mass of rust inhibitor, 0.01 to 0.03% by mass of metal deactivator, 0.5 to 1% by mass of pour point depressant, 0.05 to 0.1% by mass of antifoaming agent and 0.05 to 0.1% by mass of demulsifier.

The hydraulic oil composition according to claim 3, which comprises 93.95% by mass of base oil, 5% by mass of viscosity index improver, 1% by mass of antioxidant, 2% by mass of antiwear agent, 2% by mass of rust inhibitor, 0.03% by mass of metal deactivator, 1% by mass of pour point depressant, 0.1% by mass of antifoaming agent and 0.1% by mass of demulsifier.

The hydraulic oil composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the antioxidant is 2, 6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol and/or sulfurized bisphenol, the antiwear agent is tricresyl phosphate, the rust inhibitor is barium dodecenyl succinate and/or dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate, the metal deactivator is a benzotriazole derivative, the antifoaming agent is selected from silicone antifoaming agents, and the demulsifier is selected from surfactants.
  6. 6. The hydraulic oil composition of claim 1, wherein the hydrofinished base oil is selected from 150N base oils, wherein the 40 ℃ kinematic viscosity is not less than 30mm 2 /s, the open flash point is not less than 180 ℃, and the pour point is not less than-18 ℃.
